Hello, Can I order a replacement pump for item RP50781RB? The plastic in the head of this pump deteriorated thus breaking & all I need is the pump with head, not the bottle or other parts. Thank you

Hello, I have the delta model RP50781 soap dispenser in the Arctic stainless, and the pump no longer functions. I have been happy with the faucet but am really disappointed at the failure of the soap pump.  Is it possible for the pump to be replaced?

I have a RP 50781 soap dispenser that i dismantled., now there is a very small part of soft plastic or silicon that i cant find location for, it is shaped sort of like a ducks bill . Can you help with reconstructing the pump?Can i buy just the internals?

To fill the soap dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour not more than 8 oz. into the bottle. Do not remove the bottle each time as this weakens the neck. One possible cause is dried soap plugging the nozzle over time. I recommend carefully soaking the head and pump in hot water. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out. If the issue remains, I recommend replacing the RP47888 pump. We have a 86370 single lever bar faucet 1997LF and a matching soap dispenser. How do I refill the soap dispenser ??

Thank you for your question, jetflir! To refill the RP50781 soap dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour no more than 8 oz. into bottle. Do not remove bottle each time as this weakens the neck. Pull pump and head assembly out occasionally to soak and pump warm water through pump to remove soap build-up. Best Regards, Benjamin

I have the charmaine faucet and soap dispenser in venetian bronze in my kitchen and we really like it. Unfortunately the soap dispenser stopped working. I have cleared it out and it appears to just be the pump. Is that under the lifetime warranty?

I have the Delta faucet model 19949-DST and very pleased, however the soap dispenser internal screws pulled out of the plastic handle and will no longer press down to pump soap. Lowes says contact you for lifetime warranty and replacement.
