Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incomplete parts in kit and need to replace! Trim unit arrived with box and Delta plastic on the outside of the box but missing the temperature control handle. I called Delta parts who indicated I would receive the part in six days and did not receive it. I guess I will need to return total trim kit and buy another?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lack of Volume Control settings working The volume is supposed to adjustable and has 2 hash marks before full on. The item only works full on. I had it installed by a master plumber so the settings are correct. I have contacted Delta and they are sending a new handle. Will see if that corrects the problem. The plumber will come back when I get the part.

The operation of the controls are smooth and satisfying. Running the wand and the shower head at the same time wraps you in water coverage and makes for a great shower experience. The shower head has multiple spray patterns accessed by pressing a button on the base of the shower head.

I see this requires the same rough in as the diverter trim, can one handle be used as a diverter in this case?

I am trying to remove my handle, I see your answers above, I have removed the screw with the Allen wrench but the temperature part of the equipment won’t pull off, do I need to pry it off? The issue temp lever spins, completely stripped

How do I change the shower spray settings?

Is it true some parts are plastic? Which parts? Is even the tub spout plastic? What a shame!

The temperature fob fell off our shower handle. I cannot get it back on, but it seems as though the lever that changes the temperature also won’t stay put. Is something maybe broken or missing? Or how can I put the temperature handle back on?

Hi. We have the Saylor set and the volume/temperature ‘stack’ are loosening. How do I fix that?

The temperature handle has a set screw located under a cover button on the handle. This can be tightened or loosened with a Allen wrench. Under the temperature handle, another screw holds the volume handle and adapter. Do not overtighten.
