If the issue is with the spout swivel, we recommend replacing the o-rings included with the RP44124 repair kit. Can you use it with a portable dishwasher

Hi Cindylou, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 10900LF-R. A portable dishwasher could be connected to the spout. However, we do not manufacture an adapter for this purpose.
