Nice Faucet
Moved into a house the builder had built on the side. The new house had Delta faucets through out. They are nice looking faucets and work well until the cartridge starts leaking, where it will drip, drip, drip and not shut off. I would replace the cartridge and a month later would drip, drip, drip. Put in 3 cartridges so far, last one got fed up and modified the cartridge so it can close the valve in the cartridge further. Now there are no more drips and love my faucet once again.

Awful product
Landlord installed this faucet. Always thumps when you turn it on at first. Have replaced both the diverter and the sprayer as per Delta. No change every time you turn it on "thud".

Spout is stiff, won't swing easily. Faucett is four months old. How to fix please.

I am sorry for the issue you are experiencing, we would recommend taking a rag and soaking it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Then, wrapping it around the body of the faucet to soak. If the issue persists, the oring can be replaced.

This faucet does not shut off properly. Unless you turn it off several times it will drip or a trickle. This happened before about 2 years ago. Please send me the replacement part. The part number appears to be 19762 B04111.

Unfortunately there is no way to lower the temperature on the faucet itself. This is all controlled by the home's hot water heater.

Model 10902LF the oval chrome base plate isn't firmly attached to the sink surface. If I lift the faucet neck a bit, there is play in the center part of the faucet base plate even tho fully tightened
