Does the single handle have the neutral position off and then for cold and hot you move towards you or further from yourself?

how do i fix a Leakey spout

The part I have a question about I don’t see on your parts diagram. It’s a heavy chrome ring with a plastic insert. The installation video shows this part beislide up the lines of the faucet I however am having a hard time get this part to install

what is return policy on recertified

Our kitchen sink has two basins. Model 19810-DST-R gooseneck swivels 360 degrees. Does this mean the gooseneck can be actively positioned over either of the sink basins by the user?
