I chose this model mostly because of the short handle. Our old faucet would hit the windowsill behind the sink because of limited space. I was surprised by the quality, aesthetic, and water pressure. How do I remove the plate on the lever in order to access the screw? Our lever is really stiff and we need to see if it needs to be cleaned or needs a new part.

I removed the faucet head (thing the water comes out of) and the water line went back into the rest of the faucet. I was able to retrieve the water line but the screw that attaches the head is stuck inside. Is there a way to get it out?

There is not a soap dispenser available currently in the Junction collection and nothing is currently in the works. Specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret). We installed this faucet & we have very little water pressure on the cold water side. We have check both hot & cold pressures before the go into the faucet & all is good. What could be the problem? Thanks, Bob

Is the black matte finish covered by the lifetime warranty for peeling?

Does the handle only move forward on a 90 degree basis or does it go 45 degrees both front and back?

The installer threw away the instructions. I think they might have hooked up the hot & cold lines backwards. What temp water is it supposed to be when the handle points up towards the ceiling?
