Rated 2 out of 5 by from leaks around base As much as I like the design and appearance, this Everly faucet cannot garner a good rating because it has been leaking. I have ordered various replacement parts from Delta (and they have been nicely responsive), spent hundreds of dollars on a plumber's visit to repair the issue, and he was unable to stop the leak. Now the cabinet under the sink is damaged.

Paint chipping shortly after purchasing cost too much to have it installed so I decided to live with the chipping. Now the faucet leaks. Very disappointed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Splasher The water stream from the spout is too narrow and strong and water splashes all over outside the sink. The same happens using the side sprayer. Yes, I can adjust that to some degree but not in the manner I would prefer when using it. My disappointment is that there is no way to replace the aerator with one that doesn't splash that much.

The tall high arched neck of the spout make getting large pots and pans under it much easier. The easy turn handles have the solid feel of quality. DELTA has my vote on this one, for sure!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leak after 30 days My husband purchased this for me because I liked it so much while shopping at Home Depot. He installed on December 13, 2024, and I immediately fell in love with it. I've received several compliments on it as well. 30 days later, we noticed a leak under the base pooling onto the sink. Ugh! No parts to repair. So, back to the store it goes. Appears this model has a leak problem. How disappointing because I really liked it.

Where can I buy a handle replacement for this faucet? It is too tight I disconnected, cleaned the Philips screw inside will turn but will not take off. I tried to trouble shoot, still will not loosen up. I need the right side (for cold water).

my handle on the right side won't turn.  Instead it turns from the base.  I do not see a hex screw or anyway to remove the handle.

I just installed this, the sprayer works great but there is low pressure for both hot and cold. Theres no way to change the filter like some of the videos indicate I should do. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to tighten the spout? It is rather loose.  The base of the handles fit tightly to the plate, but the base of the spout does not.  Is it possible to tighten this?

Have had this is service for quite a few years. Love the design and finish. Issue, the sprayer has gotten progressively slower over time to where now it's just a trickle. Flow from hose to sprayer is slow so it's not the sprayer. Any way to fix this?

Hello! Do you know if there is an adapter made, maybe not from you, that would allow me to attach a diverter from my water filters to the end of this? Typically, I'd unscrew the end and attach the diverter that then pushes the water to the water filters

when i turn the water off [hot or cold] it continues to run for a couple of seconds before it completely stops, how do i fix this?

Hello danny, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. I would recommend to flush the Delta 21741LF-SS, I have included instructions below. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need 1/8” allen wrench if you have lever handles, a Philips screwdriver if you have knob handles, a towel, and a bucket. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" allen wrench if you have a lever or remove the top cap to reveal the Philips screw if you have a knob handle, then pull the handle off of the stem unit. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next place the towel behind the back of the faucet then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side flush that out as well. Lastly, Remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed. Hello! To replace the stem units on your 21741LF-SS please refer to the instructions below. To verify parts there is a faucet code on the escutcheon. Please refer to the link below! https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/21741LF-SS.html#documents-and-specs Please gather an adjustable wrench and a towel for excess water. 1. Turn off water supplies, and then turn the handles to the open position to release excess water. Turn it off for proper stem orientation. 2. Remove handles by hand turning the handle base counterclockwise. 3. Remove the bonnet nut with the adjustable wrench. 4. You will expose the brass stem units.
