leaks around base
As much as I like the design and appearance, this Everly faucet cannot garner a good rating because it has been leaking. I have ordered various replacement parts from Delta (and they have been nicely responsive), spent hundreds of dollars on a plumber's visit to repair the issue, and he was unable to stop the leak. Now the cabinet under the sink is damaged.

Disappointing purchase
All of the faucets in my house(6) are delta. This one is the only one I have ever had a problem with. Paint chipping shortly after purchasing cost too much to have it installed so I decided to live with the chipping. Now the faucet leaks. Very disappointed!

The Splasher
The water stream from the spout is too narrow and strong and water splashes all over outside the sink. The same happens using the side sprayer. Yes, I can adjust that to some degree but not in the manner I would prefer when using it. My disappointment is that there is no way to replace the aerator with one that doesn't splash that much.

Worth it! DELTA makes the best!
Easy to install. Looks great! I Iove the color and the finish. It's design has a classic look that I think is perfect. The tall high arched neck of the spout make getting large pots and pans under it much easier. The easy turn handles have the solid feel of quality. DELTA has my vote on this one, for sure!

Leak after 30 days
My husband purchased this for me because I liked it so much while shopping at Home Depot. He installed on December 13, 2024, and I immediately fell in love with it. I've received several compliments on it as well. 30 days later, we noticed a leak under the base pooling onto the sink. Ugh! No parts to repair. So, back to the store it goes. Appears this model has a leak problem. How disappointing because I really liked it.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 21741LF-BL.
The handles are removed by turning the handle base counterclockwise, then lifting up. Replacement handles are available as RP84374BL or RP103878BL, depending on the hose color or faucet code. See the replacement parts diagram for more information:

I’ve searched this website but can’t get the parts wizard to show me the handle assembly so I can order a replacement. Model 21741LF-BL faucet code 449401. Inside of the handle broke. Seems to be a problem in general with this faucet. Very disappointed.

My hot water handle started spending 360° rather than the allotted start and stock points to turn the water on. Looking for a replacement part, but can’t seem to find any.

Can this be installed without the deck plate?

The handle for the "hot" side of this faucet has an internal component that broke. It attaches to the metal post inside the handle. The handle just rotates round and round and will not turn the water on or off. Can this part be replaced and how?
