Hi, Tonya! Thank you for your question. The battery pack is under your sink attached by a wire to the solenoid assembly. To replace the batteries, remove the battery cover from the top of the battery pack. Take the casing that the batteries are in from the battery pack and change out the batteries. Will the wand stay on the spray setting after you turn the faucet off and back on, or does it automatically default to the stream setting each time?

Is there supposed to be a foam gasket that goes between the top of the deck and under the faucet in the package pf parts? There is none in my box.  9113-AR-DST  Mfg date 2/6/2025.

How do you install the cartridge

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. You will need a 1/8" allen wrench to remove the handle assembly. Please be sure to turn off the water at the shut off valve before removing the handle. You may also need an adjustable wrench to loosen the bonnet nut around the valve cartridge assembly. Once the bonnet nut is removed, the cartridge will slide out. Check the valve body for debris then insert the new cartridge, screw on the bonnet nut and please be sure not to over-tighten the bonnet as we recommend tightening a 1/4 turn to a full turn past finger tight. Then attach the handle with the set screw and this repair is complete. Turn on the shut off valves below the counter slowly and test to make sure the water flows correctly. Can you swing the on/off handle all the way to cold and then turn on the water or does the water come on as soon as you move the handle When turning off the water do you have to bring the handle back to center or can U turn the water off from any position

Does this faucet swivel? It will be installed between two sinks and I don't like to use the pull down to fill a sink. I like to move it between the two sinks without the pull down

Can the escutcheon plate be modified for a two or one hole installation?

The escutcheon plate appears to be designed for three holes, since it has two threaded cylinders that appear to be designed to fill the two additional holes adjacent to the main faucet hole. In my installation, I need to cover one additional hole that is currently used for a soap dispenser. Can the escutcheon plate be modified for such an installation? Thank you, Mark

Dear DiannaB, Thank you for your question. The Delta Essa kitchen 9113-AR-DST doesn't have a removable aerator. You would soak the whole wand in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and tap water for about 30 to 45 minutes to loosen and flush out any debris or particles. Best regards, Tanya
