Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive faucet but with some concerns Bought this faucet to go with our new Blanco Diamond White sink. Attractive faucet with excellent spout reach. Functionally it works very well but I am surprised the water volume is not a bit more robust. Also, I am surprised that to make the hose connection between the supply and faucet requires an extra (supplied) retainer clip rather than having secure connections at the onset. I've never seen this before and in reviews I have read elsewhere, say the retainer clip can pop off on its own which is very concerning. I hope that does not happen. Finally, the installation instructions (and I have seen many in my lifetime) could have been way better.

I love the height of the faucet and the simplicity of use. I love the range for the the pull handle. I can fill a pot or pitcher without placing them in the sink. It cleans very well. I am pleased with my purchase.

I originally thought touchless would be my favorite setting, but find a tap function more useful. With touchless, the water tended to cycle on and off unintentionally, when my hands were busy in the sink. You can choose the setting and sensitivity for any setting, so that is very helpful. I love this faucet and highly recommend it.

I really like the positioning of the cold water - it is logical in the way that it operates. The pulldown faucet works well and there isn't too much splash in the sink.

What material is this made of? Just want to confirm this is not plastic, and it's a sturdy faucet.

Is it possible to install the controls on the left?

Can I get a longer hose for the Delta ESSA faucet?

Are the hot and cold control positions reversed on this product?  That is, hot is when the handle is pulled forward, and cold is when the handle is pushed back.

Thank you for your question, emarie! The Delta 9113-DST Faucet handle will pull outwards or away from the faucet body providing cold water. Rotating the handle forwards, towards the user, will provide hot water. If the supply lines are reversed, this operation will work oppositely. Best regards, Edward
