Love it!!

Plastic Spray Nozzle?? Not in description??
I appreciate how nice it looks, the only downside I did not consider is that the removable hose hardware is "plastic", I wonder how long it will last before the silver paint product starts to flake off and make the unit look junky and cheap. If I had known it was plastic I would not have ordered. It is installed and works great otherwise.

Mixed Feelings
Like: a quality product, faucet neck and handle operate very smoothly, installation was your typical 'lay on your back under the sink', but went well.
Dislike: what we dislike the most is that the diameter of spray pattern is quite small, not much larger than the normal flow pattern. the instructional diagrams didn't match our parts, so had to figure things out as we went. (change of parts that didn't get updated??)

GReat faucet - but
Faucet is great, no complaints about the product and quality and looks. I have amajor complaint about the universal instructions. Had to make a trip back to the Plumbing supply house I bought it at. There were some specifics that caused me to no fully understand what to do. When putting things away at the end and sorting what was left, I had this blue clip and didn't know what is was for. Looked in the instructions then and again this morning, nothing in the instructions about it, even on the youtube video except for one of the comments stated it was to hold the sprayer hose togther, so they would not slip apart and cause water to spray all over the place. Don't cut corners big corporation, be nice to your customers.

I LOVE my new faucet. I would have given it 5 stars, but we had to end up hiring someone to install it, because my husband had troubles with the directions. He couldn't figure out what one of the pieces was for. I love how it works washing dishes, fruits and veggies, my sink etc. The reason we bought it in the first place, was because I wanted a taller faucet to get things under when I was washing things. My separate spray nozzle was also leaking, so we just decided to go with this faucet. I wish I would have replaced my old faucet years ago. You will not regret purchasing this faucet.
