The quality of this faucet is terrible.
We have changed the battery at least 6 times in the last 18 months and now it's just not working at all. Not worth the trouble to have the touch activation or sensor if they don't work properly. Very frustrated customer.

Beautiful but...
I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Magnetic ring detached and broke.
Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list.
Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke.
Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Overengineered.
The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying.
The spray feature works very well.

I replaced with new batteries, but red led is still blinking. Is there some sort of reset to do?

Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the blinking LED light you are experiencing with your Delta faucet. We realize that can be very frustrating and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
The Delta Faucet model 9159T-AR-DST Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Arctic Stainless LED base will only blink if the batteries inside the battery pack are dead, have too low of a voltage, or are in the wrong orientation. We recommend removing all batteries and replacing them with brand new batteries if that has not already been done. If this step has been completed, we would then recommend removing them from the pack and ensuring that they are installed in the appropriate orientation that is depicted on the side of the pack. After reinserting the batteries the pack will have been reset, in which case the blinking should stop and the touch feature can then be activated again.

Can I buy an AC adaptor for my trinsic kitchen faucet?

The A/C power adapter EP73954 can be used with a grounded three-prong plug. Check that the outlet is not switched off for a garbage disposal.

My faucet is not spraying straight. It started out with low water pressure so I took the head off and soaked it in white vinegar. That helped the flow but it is not spraying out the side like there is more stuck in the head. Can i open the head?

We recommend soaking the sprayer in 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove mineral deposits and repeat as needed. If the issue remains, the sprayer may need to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is not designed to be taken apart.
