Rated 1 out of 5 by from The quality of this faucet is terrible. We have changed the battery at least 6 times in the last 18 months and now it's just not working at all. Not worth the trouble to have the touch activation or sensor if they don't work properly. Very frustrated customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful but... I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Magnetic ring detached and broke. Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good We like this pretty well, although it seems more awkward than the previous Brio that we had before when switching between regular water and spray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Quality Faucet! This faucet is quality made! I can’t wait to install it. Everything I have purchased from this company is noticeably excellent and high quality!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overengineered. The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying. The spray feature works very well.

Q&A

I bought the kitchen version of this faucet, is there a way to buy the bar version arm to use with the faucet base and components?

However, the bar prep faucet and the traditional faucet are the same size, except for the height and reach of the arch. Best Regards! Frank

Temp indicator light stays on and water drips when turned off by touch

Asked by: Archer
Hi Archer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. We would also like to have you do a flush of the unit, flushing the touch faucet will fix multiple issues with leaking, flow, and debris. Please see the steps below. We would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Then hold the handle and move it off and then back on without letting go for another 40 seconds. Once this has been done, please re-install the wand and check for leaking. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. If you have not already, please include your date of installation, full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and phone number for our reference. This allows us to more quickly resolve your issue. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Hello EricS, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! The low flow your experiencing with our Delta Faucet TRINSIC® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology MODEL#: 9159T-AR-DST appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water on to the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Thank you for being a loyal Delta customer. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole
