Overall, I like this faucet, but the spray option is 2 separate sprays instead of a full spray. Doesn't work as well to rinse of sink or rinse a sieve. My old Delta was better in this regard.

Over Priced, Under Featured
Faucet pressure is very low, almost to the point of being unusable and yes, I have flushed the lines, ensured none of the screens are blocked, etc. Without the shower head there is plenty of pressure. The issue appears to be in amount of stuff in the head. Further, when adjusting the touches sensor off since it gets so annoying to actually have the water go on and off when you move within 6-8 inches of the faucet, it never actually goes off. Even in the off setting, the faucet will still go on and off if you are within an inch or two of it. Lots of money for a faucet that I now just use the handle to turn off and on vs the whole point of touch/touchless.

What is the recommended cleaning products for the stainless/brushed nickel finish on your faucets?
Thank you for your question. Although the finish on the Delta Faucet model # 9197-AR-DST is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.

Does this have the red and blue light for hot and cold water temps?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9197-CZ-DST Faucet does not have hot and cold temperature indicator lights. We recommend the 9197T-CZ-DST Touch2O Faucet that does include a temperature LED light base.

We just finished building our new home and have this faucet installed and it had great pressure for a week and then all of a sudden it lost about half of its pressure. All the other faucets in the house are fine just this one has pressure issues now.
Thank you for your question, tgcockre! Debris can occasionally get inside a faucets valve, especially during a new construction or when first installed. We recommend removing the wand assembly from the hose first to check for buildup. Run the water on a full mixed position while pointing the hose into the sink for about a full minute to help alleviate any further sediment. On the 9197-RB-DST model, with the handle upright and the 'H' visible, should this be connected to the hot water line and with the handle down and the 'C' visible should this be connected to the cold water line?

How do you tighten the on/off handle?
This image is the RP72684 "button" that you have to remove to tighten the set screw. I got mine off with an awl, the head end of a straight pin might work too. If your sink is next to a wall, you can't see this button without a mirror or sticking your head in the sink.
After tightening the set screw (with a dab of blue Lock-tite), I can't think of any reason to put this back on.

Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly for the Delta 9197-RB-DST faucet is non-metallic. All of our current sprayers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

I have 9197-AR-PR-DST I need the screw in screen part for the spray head. A tool to get it on and off would be nice too. We have city water and I have to take this off often to clean. It is cracked up and needs replaced.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9197-AR-PR-DST.
We recommend soaking the sprayer in 50/50 white vinegar and water, let sit for 30-60 minutes, then rinse. Repeat as needed. Also, the sprayer can be unscrewed from the hose. Secure the hose to avoid it retracting and clean any debris trapped at the back of the sprayer.

Before replacing the cartridge please be sure to always turn the water off at the shut-off valves under the sink. To remove the handle on your Delta Faucet Cassidy pull-down faucet model 9197-AR-PR-DST you will pry off the round cap on top of the handle to reveal a set screw. You will use a 1/8" Allen wrench to remove this screw. From there you can remove the contact spring, o-ring, and bonnet nut. Please see the following parts diagram in the link below.

What is the gpm flow rate verses water supply pressure? What flow should the faucet deliver at a supply pressure of 40 psi?

Are you able to send replacement black plastic toggle switch for switching between the aerator and spray setting? The part that hooks into the poppet valve broke but it still snaps onto the sprayer, and the valve still works fine.
