Overall, I like this faucet, but the spray option is 2 separate sprays instead of a full spray. Doesn't work as well to rinse of sink or rinse a sieve. My old Delta was better in this regard.

Over Priced, Under Featured
Faucet pressure is very low, almost to the point of being unusable and yes, I have flushed the lines, ensured none of the screens are blocked, etc. Without the shower head there is plenty of pressure. The issue appears to be in amount of stuff in the head. Further, when adjusting the touches sensor off since it gets so annoying to actually have the water go on and off when you move within 6-8 inches of the faucet, it never actually goes off. Even in the off setting, the faucet will still go on and off if you are within an inch or two of it. Lots of money for a faucet that I now just use the handle to turn off and on vs the whole point of touch/touchless.

We just had this faucet installed and it has very little water pressure. The amount of water does not match the picture or is not consistent with the pressure of other faucets

My Cassidy kitchen pull down faucet in bronze has an issue. The magnet inside the faucet that the hose runs through has rusted and come out. The faucet end no longer will stay up to the top because I removed the rusted out magnet.

Cassidy 9197ARDST is loose. The mounting screws under sink are not phillips head like in picture of RP49835. Is there another option or what size is screw head to try socket? Thanks.

If installed prior to 8/1/2018, the RP49835 would include Phillips head screws. If installed post 8/1/2018, the RP92714 included a 15/16 nut that comes with a tool as well.

why is my touch tap working erratically

I recommend separating the wires below the sink from each other and from anything conductive to improve the touch signal. Also, the battery box should be flat on the floor 2" from the wall. The handle screw can be tighter with a 1/8" hex key. This traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. See here for more information:

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the CASSIDY™ MODEL#: 9197-DST wand assembly. We recommend soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.

Our Cassidy faucet was installed 6 months ago and, since then, we have had issues with consistent pressure. A plumber just confirmed that the pressure is adequate and flushed the lines/aerator. The problem is with the faucet. How can we get a replacement?

We seem to be having issues with the electrical components. Replaced all AA batteries - still intermittently not responding to touch signals. Unplugged the base light and seemed to be working better. Have tried replacing batteries again with new stock.

Also, here are ways to improve a touch signal for better operation. Move anything metal away from the faucet. Place the battery box flat on the floor near the wall. Route the wires away from each other or anything conductive. Using the included mounting hardware, the faucet shank should go through the sink hole without touching the sides. Changing the position of the clip on the faucet shank can help improve the signal. I recommend 1/2 or 1/3 of the way up the shank and point the clip away from a metal sink or the wall.

The Cassidy faucet I bought six years ago (second on) lost water pressure when the handle is pulled all of the way out. What happened?

Our Delta 9197-RB-DST must have debris or blockage and we recommend to flush. To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.

I changed the batteries. I still cannot get the faucet to turn on when I touch it. I tried taking the batteries out to see if I could manually turn the faucet on and off. The water will still not flow. Help please. Thank you
My faucet has developed a slow drip. What part of do I need to replace?
