Very pleased!
I have waited years to do a whole kitchen makeover. It is a galley kitchen so we decided to use the same footprint, but with top quality replacements. The new Delta faucet fits perfectly with custom made solid cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. We have been using it for a month and love the oiled bronze finish, the magnetic lock feature and pull-out spray option. It arrived on time. We would highly recommend this faucet.

Fantastic Faucet
Remodeled kitchen. We looked at 100 faucets. I love Moen but the wife liked the design of the Delta so we gambled and bought the Cassidy pull down kitchen faucet in oil rubbed bronze.
We had a professional plumber due the install. No issues. I saw reviews where the faucet could fall over during install and offered to hold it for the plumber so the finish would be damaged if it hit the Quartz counter top.
Wife loves the faucet and matching soap dispenser, and air gap. The hose does not tangle. It took her a few times to figure out how to push it back up...now no issues. The spray and regular volume of water is good. Loves the controls handle size and placement. Finish is terrific, love the patina.
She washes her hair in the sink so the pull down feature gets a workout. The faucet does spin around but no problem with spraying on the counter top.
The soap dispenser works terrific and holds 8 or 10 ounces. Easy to refill with the funnel I got her when I ordered the faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser.
If any thing changes I will come back and provide an update. It's been used 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

BEST on the market
We purchased this faucet to go with out new 30 inch farm sink. It is just what I was looking for in both look and function. Love the magnetic spray nozzle and how it stays up in the end of the faucet and does not dangle out like some we looked at. The nickle finish stays looking good and is easy to clean.
Would highly recommed this to anyone that is looking for a low priced, quality faucet and made by Delta that spells Quality all by it's self.

Beautiful, functional faucet
Just purchased this faucet for our kitchen remodel and absolutely love it. The design is very sophisticated with minimal detail which is what we were looking for. The pull-down works wonderfully and we use it all the time. Having the "magnetic locking" system was a feature of Delta faucets we definitely wanted. Most other brands do not offer this. The warranty on this faucet is great also. The only minor negative is that when turning on the water, the water pressure may be either not enough or too much for what you need to do, and you have to adjust the handle a bit more. Overall, this is a great faucet. We also purchased the matching soap dispenser and are very happy with it as well.

The style of this faucet is perfect
The style of the Cassidy pulldown is perfect for a tradition or transitional kitchen. The function is unmatched the in kitchen faucet arena. The pulldown feature is easier to use than a pullout, the Magnatite docking feature keeps your spray head where it's suppose to be and the Diamond Valve is going to keep it leak free for years even in areas with hard water.

Faucet being installed today. Looks great with large Kohler whitehead sink. Hopefully, it will be functional by later today.

Looks really nice!
I ordered this faucet for our apron front sink. I wanted a single hole faucet since I was also getting a soap dispenser, instant hot and an air switch at the sink. It is not hooked up yet so I cannot comment on function but as for appearance it is very nice. It is large but I expected that would be the case.
I also chose to go with this faucet over others because it had a longer reach which was important with my sink which is deep front to back. Also because my plumber said Delta was a good option since replacement parts are usually available if needed in the future.

Beautiful
The Delta Faucet is beautiful, but if you have a small sink, I recommend staying away from this one. I have a 24 inch kitchen cabinet and I feel this faucet is a little oversized for this size sink base. Other than that, this faucet is really nice looking in my new transitional kitchen. It was easy to install and I recommend this product highly.

Is there a hole cover for the empty hole in the sink that matches a 9197-CZ-PR-DST? We have a RO filter and a soap dispenser, so the escutcheon plate won't work.

We recently got this faucet and when you switch the button from spray to stream and vice verse it still drips or sprays a little of the opposite option. If I go and push the button harder it will fix the problem. I’m concerned that eventually it won’t.

If the sprayer assembly is experiencing cross flow, water coming out of both spray and stream on the sprayer of the 9197-DST, we recommend to soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution for an hour or even overnight. If this does not solve the issue, we recommend to replace the sprayer assembly, RP72680. How do I disassemble to clean the sprayer? It seems to have hard water clog, the spray is all over the place and the pressure is low.

Thank you for your question. The sprayer can be unscrewed off of the hose. You can soak the whole sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. You can soak from an hour or even overnight to clean.

Can someone tell me the vertical distance (space) between the valve and the sink / escutcheon?
Our dishwasher air gap is mounted just a few inches from the hole for the faucet. It's been heck trying to find a faucet that has a right-side control lever that doesn't interfere. This model appear to have a higher mounted control lever but I can't find the measurement in the specifications.

Which finish looks better with a stainless sink - Arctic Stainless or Polished Nickel?
I am having a difficult time being able to decide based on the online images which of these finishes will look better with a stainless sink. Any advice?

What type of metal is used and where?
I have searched all the Q&A answers, and although a couple of people asked what the faucet is made of, the answers given are not specific enough. Exactly what type of metal is used- Brass? Zinc? Zamak? What parts are metal and what parts are plastic? Your website conveniently (actually inconveniently) leaves out all details regarding material which is not a good sign for anyone looking for a quality faucet.

Thank you for your question. The faucet body, spout, and handle are metal. Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. In general, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate).
