Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything and more! This fixture is the perfect style for our kitchen. Our home is a historic Victorian home, and it has been fully remodeled. The style of this fixture is modern with a hint of old classic. I can’t rave enough about the finish!!!! A simple wipe with a dish cloth or paper towel keeps it so clean, and there are no water stains, even after over a month of use. We love this sink fixture, and all that it has to offer!

I have a Cassidy. Installed it according to directions. Everything works, except water pressure is normal with cold water, but as you move to hot the flow is restricted.  Any idea what might be restricting the flow of hot water?

I apologize for the low water flow you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet model 9197-RB-DST-R Cassidy™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With ShieldSpray® Technology (Recertified) In Venetian Bronze. We realize that can be very frustrating and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Debris is typically the cause of reduced flow. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. How does the handle come off with no set screw?

Does this faucet have a replaceable cartridge? We have been in our new home 3 years and the faucet has very low water pressure. Had a plumber check it out and the lines are not blocked.

Hi Philip, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9197-RB-DST-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! A replacement cartridge is RP73000. Or RP60114 if produced before 08/01/2018. The issue could be caused by debris or mineral deposits in the spray head. Recommended maintenance for reduced flow is to flush the faucet with the spray head removed and the hose secured.
