WaterSense® labeled faucets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. Hi, Tonya! Thank you for your question. The battery pack is under your sink attached by a wire to the solenoid assembly. To replace the batteries, remove the battery cover from the top of the battery pack. Take the casing that the batteries are in from the battery pack and change out the batteries. Hi, Lisa! Thank you for your question. The aerator assembly for the Delta 9113-DST is non-removable. To clean, we do recommend to remove the sprayer assembly from the hose assembly. Soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean the debris. Best Regards, Rosanna

Ours stays in spray mode until we manually switch it back to stream.

Hello Renee, Thank you for your inquiry! Here is the cleaning care instructions from the Maintenance/Installation sheet, that comes with the faucet. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. Hose doesn't seem to automatically go back into position, but goes easily with a strong magnet type feeling when it get close.

Tanya, I meant a 2” diameter hole.  This faucet requires a hole size of 1.25 to 1.5 inches, but the hole in my granite countertop is 2 inches. 

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. You will need a 1/8" allen wrench to remove the handle assembly. Please be sure to turn off the water at the shut off valve before removing the handle. You may also need an adjustable wrench to loosen the bonnet nut around the valve cartridge assembly. Once the bonnet nut is removed, the cartridge will slide out. Check the valve body for debris then insert the new cartridge, screw on the bonnet nut and please be sure not to over-tighten the bonnet as we recommend tightening a 1/4 turn to a full turn past finger tight. Then attach the handle with the set screw and this repair is complete. Turn on the shut off valves below the counter slowly and test to make sure the water flows correctly. Hi, Kirkline! Thank you for your question. We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front or left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature.
