Beautiful and practical
We purchased the faucet to compliment our new countertops. My husband was happy with how easy it was to install and that the directions actually made sense. I couldn’t find the warranty card, so I called customer service and she set me up. She was very friendly! Water flow is excellent, which was a problem with other brands of faucets I reviewed. The pull-down feature works great and it fits in place with a magnet, not a notch fitting like our old chrome one. (Our old chrome faucet was a 16 year old Delta too and still worked fine, but not so attractive anymore) Can’t go wrong with Delta!!! Love it!

Great Faucet so far,install with only minor issues
Purchased about a month ago and really like it. Pull down sprayer snaps back into place easily with the magnet although faucet is high enough that I don't need to pull the sprayer off very frequently. had issues getting the old faucet off so cut it off with a hacksaw and installed this one. Took about 5-10 minutes to install once I removed the old faucet. Only issue is that the kit came with a clear washer ring with no mention in the instructions. I used the wider base to cover the extra holes (and based on design, the washer is specifically for install w/out the wide base between the faucet and sink base). Would definitely buy again.

Awesome Find
Had a water leak in the kitchen, had to get new bottom cabinet so why not get a new faucet to... It had to be Delta as my old one from 16 years was a Delta and you cannot beat the lifetime warranty... Found this one as a return from customer so price was cut down.. Nothing wrong with it just returned.. Works perfectly, love it, great height.. Awesome Find...

Lots of issues
Bought this a year ago. The faucet handle is very sensitive and I have difficulty getting the pressure of the water at a happy medium - it trickles, or blasts out spraying water all over the back of the sink and the counters. Also if the batteries go low the faucet will NOT work at all. The touch is also not very good - half the time I tap the faucet, it doesn't turn on. Very disappointed with this faucet and the price I paid for it.

angle of sprayer wayyyyyy to pointed forward!
Like features and look... the angle of the faucet is horrible. if you have a single sink and keep it straight.. it’s shooting atleast 2 inches further forwards then it should. probably not a problem with double sinks that have the faucet turned in either direction.. needs to be adjustable. If u buy this you may need to set the faucet further back if possible.. I wasted my time installing this. Splashes water out non stop.

Perfect Addition for Our Recent Kitchen Remodel
So happy with this purchase. I did alot of research on kitchen faucets before I purchased this one. Wanting something that was sleek and not overly modern with simple features. This is just the perfect faucet. Love the sprayer too. I am over the top with this faucet and can not say enough about it.

Sleek and attractive faucet!

Design Issues
1) Tool included to tighten mounting nut became unusable for the last two turns due to PEX interference.
2) PEX connections to water supply were incompatible.
3) Faucet handle hits sink backsplash.

Touch on and off faucet
I love my Essa single handle pull-down kitchen faucet. The options of touch on and off and the pull down spray are great. The ventian bronze finish always looks clean and doesn't show water spots like previous chrome or stainless faucets l have had before.

Beautiful faucet, easy to installed
Love the fact the faucet roltate 360 degrees. My new faucet is easy to use. I had to install the handle on the left side since I already have a soap dispenser on the right. Although I have to push the control handle away to use instead pull forward. Takes a little getting used to. But works fine so far for the first couple weeks.

touch on and off does not work. delta is sending us a new solenoid. hope this one works. this product got excellent reviews which makes me wonder. solenoids are on back order which leads me to believe this is an on going problem.

You will press a small button on the connector between the hose and wand which will then allow you to turn the wand counterclockwise until it fully unthreads from the hose.

What is the diameter of the base? What is the diameter of the spout tube?

(61 mm). The diameter of the spout tube is 1.18" (29.972 mm).

The base is loose on the marble countertop, causing the handle to rotate when used. What wrench tool can I use to tighten it? I will have to reach it from underneath the sink. I do not have the tightening tool that came with it. Can I use sealant?

The RP60924 wrench that was included with your model is recommended however an adjustable wrench will also work to tighten the mount nut and bracket below the counter. We do not recommend applying sealant as this could make future repairs difficult. Please contact us directly if you have questions or need further assistance.

hot/cold? and direction
Does this bar faucet dispense hot and cold water? Does the lever only go in one direction or does pulling forward give hot water and pushing backwards give cold water ?

Thank you for your question, Linda! This faucet dispenses hot and cold water. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot.

Does this bar faucet swivel side to side in case you need to push it out of the way to make more room in your sink for a taller item? Also do you have to keep the button pressed down in order to keep it on a different spray mode?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9913-DST faucet spout rotates 360˚. The toggle button on the sprayer does not need to be kept pressed down. The button will stay pressed down after the button is released.

Can the Essa bar prep faucet be used as a cold water faucet only connected to an under sink water filter? The water filter is not an RO type.
Thank you for your question, jomo! This bar prep faucet is not recommended to be used with a filtered system. We would recommend a beverage faucet as they have only one supply line and are designed to be a cold water dispenser only. These models are designed to compliment various collections and can be used with filtered or Reverse Osmosis machines.

Whats the difference between a kitchen faucet and a prep faucet??

the difference between the Delta Essa kitchen and bar/prep faucets is the height and reach of the spout assemblies. The Bar/Prep 9913-DST faucet is smaller in size than the kitchen 9113-DST standard kitchen faucet.

Have just installed this faucet and it is putting out about a quart a minute. I have checked the screen in the nozzle and it appear totally clean. Other faucets in the house work just fine with flow several times the new faucet. What can I do?

Thank you for your inquiry! Most issues with low flow, such as yours, are due to some kind of debris entering the faucet from your water line, which can cause noises as the debris moves, or cause low or sporadic flow as the water continues to move the debris around. We would advise flushing the valve body and Innoflex PEX lines of the Delta Essa Pull-Down Bar/Prep 9913-DST faucet.
To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp.
Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move handle to off position.
Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves.
