Can we connect our reverse osmosis cold water line directly to the faucet? If not, do you have a comparable spout for RO? We are building and purchased this faucet and thought the dealer indicated we could do this. Thank you

Suddenly hot water will not come out. Only cold water no matter the direction of the handle. I have hot water from every other faucet in the house

Hi Cindi03, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the CASSIDY™ Pulldown Bar/Prep Faucet MODEL#: 9997-PR-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. What is the difference between your 9997-AR-DST Cassidy pull down bar faucet, and the 9997-AR-PR-DST Cassidy pull down bar faucet with side spray? Does the 9997-AR-PR-DST come with the RP90839 'Shield Spray' Sprayer Assembly?

They have a pull-down spray wand instead of a side sprayer. This model does not include ShieldSpray, but the included sprayer can be replaced with the RP90839ARPR 'Shield Spray' Sprayer Assembly. When the handle comes loose on this model simply from use, how does one fix/tighten it? There is a small cap on the back of the handle that looks like it comes off to expose a screw/hex but I don't think it is intended to come off?

Delta Faucet Touch2O® Technology kitchen faucets are powered by 6 AA batteries and Touch2O® and Touch2O.xt are powered by 4 AA batteries. Ordinary batteries will last up to one year with 20 minutes of usage per day. The LED indicator light on the base of the faucet will start blinking red when it is time to change the batteries. I am having low water pressure hoe do I clean the filter or remove the wand to clean

To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
