Rated 4 out of 5 by from Length of spout. Only downside is length of spout. Needs to be a little longer (maybe only 1/2 to 1 inch) to reach over edge of sink. It’s difficult to reach a dish or pan placed underneath. When detergent added directly to sink some trickles down the side. The problem may be the single sink with edge around top. Otherwise ok. Matches the faucet.

And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

So, at this point, why even buy a replacement if it's just going to break in the same way again. In my uninformed opinion, this soap dispenser is wildly too expensive for how cheaply the plastic construction is.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Way too much soap is dispensed with every pump. A lot of waste. I like the looks of the soap dispenser however, there is a lot more soap dispensed then what I need. It wastes a lot. The quantity seems to be sufficient for a commercial business that has a large wash regularly. I would like to have one that has a skinny spout. that maybe a lot less comes out then this one. There is no way to regulate the amount of soap as far as I can see. I tried to push it with a light touch but that wasn't really effective. And I sure don't want to have to take the time to remember to use a light touch.

ToucH20 is fine, the dispenser worked normally until Winter 2023, when it developed some kind of split around the siphon. Now, soap accumulates around the base, every time I press down. I don't know expected lifetime for this product, but 2.5 years seems a bit short.

What material is the soap pump - plastic or metal?

My customer wants a soap dispenser in champagne bronze that is metal, not plastic.

Hi Jeri, Thanks for your question. The Delta soap dispensers are a durable plastic. The reason being is the plastic will hold up better than the metal against rust.

can a cream type lhan soap  be used with this dispenser?

Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. Our Delta Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best Regards, Rosanna

There's a loose black rubber gasket & also a white sealant attached the bottom of the base that affixes to the top side of the sink. The white seal seems to replace silicone. Does the black gasket still go above the sink, or below with the plastic nut?

I have a 2011 Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST faucet set. I need to replace the soap dispenser pump handle (the pump tube receiving housing has come loose from the pump handle). Is this assembly available separately? What part #? Thanks.
