The tubing underneath has snapped. This is second one I’ve purchased so it would match my faucet. Very disappointing from a good quality company.

Can we purchase a new pump top only, or must we buy an entirely new item? If we can't replace this top part only, we would not recommend it to others.

However, now it is sticking and hard to press down to dispense soap. Our entire house is filled with Delta products, which we love, but hate that this dispenser is not working properly.

It looks very nice and matches our faucet great but the plastic pump mechanism is a piece of junk. Doesn't hold a prime so you have to pump it several times and the spring mechanism is weak so you have to wait 5 seconds between each pump. Disappointing. May replace with a moen which neighbor has and seems much better designed.

What material is the soap pump - plastic or metal?

My customer wants a soap dispenser in champagne bronze that is metal, not plastic.

Hi Jeri, Thanks for your question. The Delta soap dispensers are a durable plastic. The reason being is the plastic will hold up better than the metal against rust.

can a cream type lhan soap  be used with this dispenser?

Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. Our Delta Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best Regards, Rosanna

There's a loose black rubber gasket & also a white sealant attached the bottom of the base that affixes to the top side of the sink. The white seal seems to replace silicone. Does the black gasket still go above the sink, or below with the plastic nut?

I have a 2011 Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST faucet set. I need to replace the soap dispenser pump handle (the pump tube receiving housing has come loose from the pump handle). Is this assembly available separately? What part #? Thanks.
