Rated 5 out of 5 by from They Really Stand Behind Their Products We own a Pilar Delta kitchen faucet along with the matching soap/ lotion dispenser. After 3+ years of heavy use, the press down top had broken internally and the finish had worn away at the top of the base. After deciding to buy another, I noticed that the product description also included "Lifetime Faucet and Finish Warranty." I, then called Delta and spoke to, Jasmine, a customer service representative. She asked me email pictures of the damage. After about four business days, I received a brand new replacement. I couldn't be more pleased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made product I have just ordered the third soap dispenser for this faucet set. Have had the faucet set for approx. 5 years. Everything except the soap dispenser is great. It is cheaply made and the dispenser top breaks off from use. If it did not match the faucet I would not buy another one. Will probably only use the new one for looks and not to dispense soap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very unexpected cheap Delta product Since becoming a home owner over 35 years ago I have used Delta facets in my baths and kitchens. The reason great quality and extremely long life. Not so true with the purchase of my last Delta kitchen set. The faucet is again what i expect from Delta but the soap dispenser is cheap plastic and I mean cheap. Came in with a piece scratched and fortunately a local supplier had a free replacement part for me from an open box. less than a year later it has failed again and the spout connection has broken in to several pieces again due to cheap plastic. Summary Delta you make great faucets please put the same Delta quality into the accessories. Would not recommend any of the soap dispensers if they are the cheap plastic stick with the metal types.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love the faucet, but the soap dispenser is stuck and will not pump soap. I have used the pump since April of 2010. It has worked well until a month ago. I really like the faucet and it has held up really well. It is attractive and the pump was so useful. I miss using it daily. I wonder how long the warranty is in effect. I don't want to pay $40.50 for this part.

I have had it for about 3 months & so far it is working fine, but I have over-filled it each time. I have looked for the capacity on the web-site but have not found it. It would be helpful to have that info available.

If it was about an inch longer the soap would hit directly into the water and suds would appear automatically.

I called Delta expecting to purchase another one. The warranty that's offered was honored and seamless. They were very friendly and my new pump is on the way. I think the pump should have lasted longer but a company that's stands behind their product and doesn't make excuses should be applauded.

Faucet has been great but in less than a year the soap dispenser started to stick and barely dispense. It sticks down and slowly pops back up. We kept it clean and used standard soap available anywhere. This product is not worth the cost. I hate to purchase repair parts to watch them wear out again within a short time.

The color does match our beautiful Venetian Bronze Addison Touch 2o Faucet, but the quality does not. I can only hope it will hold up to daily use in our newly renovated kitchen!.

The fact that it doesn't work is what bothers me after about a year when I press the dispenser down nothing comes out and I have to pull it back up in order to press it again. Since it's drilled through my granite I'm stuck with it as a show piece that I can't use.

Have tried pumping water through it which did not do any better than the dish soap. Had it installed about 18 months ago. Would love any suggestions.

We purchased the Delta Deluca Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Model #:19912-SSSD-DST) that came bundled with the RP50781 - Dispenser Assembly. The faucet has been flawless, but the dispenser broke less than a year after we purchased it — and we take care of our appliances. It appears the the top snapped clean off the plastic base (leaving the screws still in place), which is frustrating as we didn't hit/drop/crack/impact anything. I am a big fan of Delta and its faucets, but a broken soap dispenser has left our hands soiled.

What material is the soap pump - plastic or metal?

My customer wants a soap dispenser in champagne bronze that is metal, not plastic.

Hi Jeri, Thanks for your question. The Delta soap dispensers are a durable plastic. The reason being is the plastic will hold up better than the metal against rust.

can a cream type lhan soap &nbsp;be used with this dispenser?

Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. Our Delta Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best Regards, Rosanna

There's a loose black rubber gasket &amp; also a white sealant attached the bottom of the base that affixes to the top side of the sink. The white seal seems to replace silicone. Does the black gasket still go above the sink, or below with the plastic nut?

I have a 2011 Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST faucet set. I need to replace the soap dispenser pump handle (the pump tube receiving housing has come loose from the pump handle). Is this assembly available separately? What part #? Thanks.
