One of them does not work at all and only worked for about a month, and the other barely works anymore. We put all Delta products through our entire house because our builder said they were the best. I am VERY disappointed in this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle doesnt reach far enough and doesn't hold enough soap Good looking soap dispenser - have been using it for about 3 months. Works fine, BUT - IMHO it doesn' hold enough soap (13oz) I thought twice i must not have filled it up all the way, only to have it overflow all over the eschelon. Also the handle does not reach far enough over and into the sink. Almost impossible to squirt soap into a pot or bowl, have to put it on a sponge first then let the soap go into the cooking pot/pan/bowl. Maybe I just do a lot of dishes. Looking for a new one right now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, it works I wasn't sure it would match the faucet in color. (WHY does Delta have only two soap dispensers, neither of which match most of the faucets? Wanted one with a matching square base.) Fortunately it does despite a different name for the finish. And despite a squared off kitchen sink faucet it looks fine. The top of the dispenser is thankfully large enough and the rise in the spout doesn't interfere with using it with grotty kitchen hands.

Does this have lifetime warranty and if so how do i get a replacement? I don't want to spend more money on this as this is now costs over $100, which is ridiculous.

How do you fill the soap bottle from above the deck?  Is the pump mechanism removed from the bottle that is installed in the deck?  Then, you use the funnel to fill the bottle that is under the sink?  Is there by any chance a video of this process? Thanks

Will the RP50782 soap dispenser work with foaming soap?  If not which ones will work with foaming soap?

Is RP50781 a warranty item? We installed this faucet (19949-DST) about 10 years ago and the dispenser just broke.

I have a delta soap dispenser in champagne. When I use the pump to dispense soap the soap has been leaking at the base. Is there a part that is worn that needs to be replaced?

Can this be used for foaming soap

Hello, I have the delta model RP50781 soap dispenser in the Arctic stainless, and the pump no longer functions. I have been happy with the faucet but am really disappointed at the failure of the soap pump.  Is it possible for the pump to be replaced?

I have a RP 50781 soap dispenser that i dismantled., now there is a very small part of soft plastic or silicon that i cant find location for, it is shaped sort of like a ducks bill . Can you help with reconstructing the pump?Can i buy just the internals?

One possible cause is dried soap plugging the nozzle over time. I recommend carefully soaking the head and pump in hot water. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out. If the issue remains, I recommend replacing the RP47888 pump. I have the charmaine faucet and soap dispenser in venetian bronze in my kitchen and we really like it. Unfortunately the soap dispenser stopped working. I have cleared it out and it appears to just be the pump. Is that under the lifetime warranty?
