This rough-in kit may be installed prior to choosing the specific trim and finish. Allows for construction or a renovation project to proceed without delays when narrowing down a design style. Trim kit is sold separately and is required to complete the unit. Save time, effort, and money on future renovation updates because there’s no need to alter plumbing beneath the deck.

Plumber installed the R2700 Rough In incorrectly with the cold and hot side installed identically (feed tube on the left and faucet line on the right). Knobs work great, but handles will not due to orientation.  Any fix available?

I am trying to remove the spout and attach some fittings to the RP18364 Spout adapter assembly in order to convert it into a shower. Can anyone tell me if you can attach any standard threaded nipple or bushing to this part to custom modify the outlet?

Is the R2700 roman tub rough a 1/4 turn valve? Does the hot open counter clockwise and the cold clockwise?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # R2700 does not contain a 1/4 turn stop to allow the most water to flow. You can add on to your stem unit if you need to make them a 1/4 turn handles with Delta Faucet model # RP24097. The handles will turn on by turning them towards the spout, so the hot is counter-clockwise and the cold is clockwise.

I was wondering if there is an equivalant rough in stem that does not require sweating of copper to install, but rather a threaded option? Thanks for reading

I purchased this kit brand new and installed it per the installation guide. The hot water valve's stem is set to turn off just like the cold water side. So hot water turns clockwise just like cold water side. Need a hot water stem.

Hello Shad! Thank you for your question. We do not make a stem specifically for the hot or cold side. The end valves must be oriented as shown in Step 1. of the installation guide with the Hot Valve on the left and both inlet tubes installed away from the spout.
