Rough - Fixed Installation - 2H

Hi Dave, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about your RP23601! Unfortunately, the rough would need replaced and can not be upgraded with any new trim. Hi Steve Blakley, Thanks for your question regarding RP23601! We recommend replacing RP4993 and flushing your unit. I have included instructions below: 1. To flush, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. 2. Remove the set screws on the sides of your handles with your 3/32" Allen wrench. 3. Once both handles have been removed, with the wrench, unscrew the bonnet nuts counter-clockwise to remove them. 4. Then, you should see the seats and springs. These would need to be removed as well. Next is the flushing instructions: 1. Please place a towel around the backside of the faucet. 2. Place the bucket over the top of the end valve, have someone hold the bucket. 3. Turn on water supplies and flush the water for about 30 seconds to a minute, both hot and cold. 4. The faucet model N1448PB Monitor® Pressure Balance Tub & Shower In Polished Brass was discontinued before MultiChoice valves were introduced. The valve rough is not a replaceable part.
