Updating a 110 year old cabin in MN and needed to fill the space where old worn out sprayers had been. This soap dispenser was the solution. Cabin owner was initially hesitant because of “old reviews” of soap dispensers. After seeing the quality of Delta’s design- they were convinced it was the right call! They love the ease of use and how the dispenser leaves the area around the sink with a cleaner visual.

Awful Product
I have two of these soap dispensers in my new build home and neither of them work any more. They are only eight months old. One of them does not work at all and only worked for about a month, and the other barely works anymore. We put all Delta products through our entire house because our builder said they were the best. I am VERY disappointed in this product.

Handle doesnt reach far enough and doesn't hold enough soap
Good looking soap dispenser - have been using it for about 3 months. Works fine, BUT - IMHO it doesn' hold enough soap (13oz) I thought twice i must not have filled it up all the way, only to have it overflow all over the eschelon. Also the handle does not reach far enough over and into the sink. Almost impossible to squirt soap into a pot or bowl, have to put it on a sponge first then let the soap go into the cooking pot/pan/bowl. Maybe I just do a lot of dishes. Looking for a new one right now!

Nice, it works
I wasn't sure it would match the faucet in color. (WHY does Delta have only two soap dispensers, neither of which match most of the faucets? Wanted one with a matching square base.) Fortunately it does despite a different name for the finish. And despite a squared off kitchen sink faucet it looks fine. The top of the dispenser is thankfully large enough and the rise in the spout doesn't interfere with using it with grotty kitchen hands.

Not durable, breaks easily, expensive replacement
This is the second time we purchase this soap dispenser and it broke again after 3 years. Does this have lifetime warranty and if so how do i get a replacement? I don't want to spend more money on this as this is now costs over $100, which is ridiculous.

The top piece of our stainless soap dispenser with our touchless faucet is broken(the plastic that held on of the two screws), I tightened one to see if that would hold the bottom black dispensing piece in place, to no avail. Can you send us a new top?

Will the RP50782 soap dispenser work with foaming soap? If not which ones will work with foaming soap?

Our Delta Faucet DELTA® Soap / Lotion Dispenser MODEL#: RP50781AR can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol-based hand-sanitizer, and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser, but it will not foam.

How do I fill the soap dispenser that came with my DeLuca kitchen faucet. Can it be refilled from above, and if so, how?

To fill the soap dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour not more than 8 oz. into the bottle. Do not remove the bottle each time as this weakens the neck.
A vented refill funnel is available separately as RP30395.

Our soap/lotion dispenser no longer pumps. Is there a replacement part for this? I am uncertain of the model, but it might be the RP50781AR.

One possible cause is dried soap plugging the nozzle over time. I recommend carefully soaking the head and pump in hot water. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out.
If the issue remains, I recommend replacing the RP47888 pump. Other models may use a different pump. Please reach out for assistance identifying your model or with any additional questions!

Can you use these soap dispensers for bleach? I have one for my dish soap and would like to have a second for bleach as we sanitize our dishes with bleach when we wash them.

Can you tell me if the hole for the handle in the 980T-AR-DST model's faucet is approx. the same size as the hole for this soap dispenser?

Do you have "any" kitchen sink soap dispensers that work with foaming soap? The one I have will pump the soap but it will not foam. Do any models have the aeration needed?

Foaming soap dispensers have a chamber that mixes air into the soap. Our soap dispensers do not have that chamber.
