I have a 2011 Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST faucet set. I need to replace the soap dispenser pump handle (the pump tube receiving housing has come loose from the pump handle). Is this assembly available separately? What part #? Thanks.

Is it possible to replace just the top peice?

I recently bought the faucet and soap dispenser for my sink. Well yesterday my cat decided to run across the soap dispenser while my food disposal was running and knocked the top price down into it. Well that leaves me frantically searching to replace the top part as the rest of it is brand new.

How large of a hole must be drilled through the countertop for this dispenser?

Hi I have this soap dispenser and really like it, however, it is short. It barely comes over the counter. Is there another dispenser that is taller or longer so that it reaches into the sink?  Thank you. Kellee

What is the difference between spotshield stainless, stainless and arctic stainless

Thank you for your question, Laura! Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on some appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following this trend seen throughout the kitchen. SpotShield Stainless and Stainless Steel appear the same and have a warmer tone. How do I order a replacement BOTTLE for this soap dispenser? There is no part number.

When refilling the soap bottle for this soap dispenser, the threaded neck snapped off. I see no product number for the bottle on the parts illustration. I tried to purchase a replacement at my local home improvement store, but the only option they had does not fit—the threads of the neck do not align and screw in.
