Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great products What a great product to try. The shower head is so nice and I love how the water comes out. With help from someone who has installed a tub and shower set it wasn't that hard to install. This was a good quality product and I would buy other delta products

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10/10 shower head 🚿 This delta shower set is a huge upgrade from what we previously had in our shower. We get a lot more water pressure and overall flow to the head and body. The installation process was easy and seems to be very durable. Been using it for 3 months now and no complaints! 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I love how this was to set up and so easy to use. I really like the spotshield feature, that’s one thing that has kept me from deciding on brushed nickel, but not anymore. This was perfect for my new shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great design, easy to use and durable Great design, and love the multiple spray options. Easy to use diverter and tub spout. The brushed nickel is always a great look, but also other finishes allow for you to make it your own. Can take your bathroom to the next level. Haven’t had any maintenance problems with it. Only wish I had remodeled the whole bathroom before installing. Just seems out of place until I upgrade around it.

We are installing a whirlpool tub with 50 gallon capacity and using the Sandover tub/shower trim 144874-SP. What is the flow rate of the tub spout for this trim?

Asked by: Scuba Steve
Hello Scuba Steve! Thank you for your question. I am happy to help. The Delta Tub Spout will provide various flow rates, depending on the trim kit used and the PSI available to the home. At 60 psi, a 13/14 series, which is what you have, can produce up to 5.8gpm but at 80 psi this can go as high as 6.8 gpm. A 17 series can produce approximately 5.9 gpm to 6.8 gpm at these rates whereas the 17T trims can produce anywhere from 7.3 gpm to 8.5 gpm. Best Regards, Antoine

We remodeled our bathroom and used Sandover faucets and need the Sandover shower ensemble, can you buy just the shower controller faucet?  We also need the Sandover jacuzzi ensemble? Can we buy those today?

Asked by: Rhonda
Hello Rhonda, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta Sandover collection does not have a valve only trim, which means you would need to purchase the whole trim kit. Also this collection does not have a jacuzzi trim kit. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

Is there a fixed aerator inside the shower head? Can the homeowner easily remove the aerator to clean or replace? I don't see an aerator in the parts diagram.

Asked by: CynD
Hi CynD, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The showerhead for this model does not feature a removeable aerator. However, for cleaning and maintenance we recommend soaking the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to eliminate any mineral build-up. Please reach out with further questions! How do I determine if the valve installed in my home is a 13, 14, 17 or 17T series!

Asked by: Helen
Hi Helen, Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. If your shower trim kit has a single handle that turns counterclockwise and gets hotter the further you turn it then you have a 13/14 series. A 17 series trim kit features an independent volume control with a smaller temperature handle on the top of it. The 17T series will appear the same cosmetically as the 17 series but if you remove the temperature dial you will see a brass cartridge stem. This thermostatic cartridge uses an internal filament to keep your temperature consistent and avoid pressure balance issues. Please contact us directly by phone at 1-800-345-3358 or email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com if further assistance is needed at this time.   We appreciate your loyalty to Delta Faucet Company.
