Not as pictured!
I love the look of this set; however when we installed it today I was so disappointed because the top of the shower-head that connects to the pipe is cheap, grey plastic that doesn’t match the champagne bronze finish. It is an eyesore. When I called Delta they told me it is how the shower head is made so it can be properly screwed into the pipe. It makes no sense at all because the black shower head that we installed in another bathroom is matte black throughout and is just fine. Delta refuses to send me a new shower head that matches and told me I needed to buy a new shower head after spending $300 on this one. All the pictures show a champagne bronze finish on everything.

The look
Received the product snout two months ago, I've been slow putting it in my kids shower, but finally got around to it. I love the look it gives their bathroom, looks sophisticated! I wikl be recommending this brand of shower and tub faucet to my friends.

The Sparrow Tub & Shower Faucet has truly elevated our bath experience! The clean lines and subtle details bring a touch of sophistication to our space. Super stylish
My husband installed this Delta - Sparrow Tub and Shower Faucet in or master bath and it looks amazing! It is nice and sleek looking. It only took him 20 minutes to install, it was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. It makes my whole shower look great and upgraded. It matches my bathroom really well. The prices are made of great quality materials. This a great product in my opinion!

Where can I obtain the correct owners manual for the delta sparrow shower head that I purchase? The manual I received has a completely different shower head than the one that came in the box :( I believe it is a series 14 unit. Please help!!!

Is Silicone Caulking necessary after installing this trim kit? or is there a water seal gasket for the shower head/tub spout and handle where sealing the edges is not necessary?

i recently purchased and had installed the 144832 in black and the shower head was working initially switching from spray modes but now it is stuck on/between modes and will not switch when I push the shower head button. how do i get this repair/replace

The instructions do NOT show how the tub spout goes on, it shows the shower head installation but not the tub spout.

How do you stop water from coming out of the tub spout, therefore the water can come out of the shower head? I can't find any video or description about it? Also do you sell this style without the Rough In valve included?

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 144832.
The issue seems to be shower rise based on your description of the flow from the tub/shower, you are experiencing an issue known as shower rise. This is an installation issue, which has several possible causes. Please make sure that:
1. The valve body is right-side up.
2. The pipe for the tub spout drop is only 1/2" copper or iron pipe.
3. The tub spout is 8” - 18" from the valve body.
4. No drop-ear elbows or push-to-connect fittings are used. Only one 90 standard degrees copper or iron elbow should be used.
5. There is no blockage in the pipe (such as excess solder) or tub spout.

The set screw that came with my sparrow tub/shower faucet set will not thread thru to make contact with diverter to engage properly. The handle will not stay attached and comes off. Unable to rotate handle properly. Where can I find a new set screw?
