Q&A

This faucet is not exactly like mine, but the closest I see. The brass barrel into which the stem goes seems to be warped or pinched and the stem does not want to go in. It was very difficult to remove. Do you have parts?

Do you (Delta) recertify/refurbish Delta products? If so, at what cost, and what is the process.

Since I don't have a model number of my bathroom faucet, but this one (2502LF) looks very much like it, does this mean the inner parts are interchangeable? My hot water side leaks. I have replaced the seat and spring. It still leaks.
