This is the second time I purchased recertified faucets from Delta and the pricing and products are great and look like they just came from the showroom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I only hope the stem packing holds up. This replaces the same thing, only it was in pewter. I am giving it 4 rating due to how it leaked at the valve packing nuts. I should have checked for that as time went on, but didn't. That caused corrosion that made it impossible to remove the hot water handle, so therefore making it impossible to tighten the gland on that one's stem.

How do you remove the screen in the nozzle?

We have 2 Lahar faucets Model 2538-MPU-DST-R. Both are leaking water from inside the valve (slow drip). Is this a known problem and how can I fix it. We purchased the home new about 3 years ago. Others in this neighborhood is having the same problem
