How do I lengthen the plastic supply tube from the shut off to the faucet handle? 3/8 connectors. Just purchased a 3/8 12" braided tube (for Delta). OR, Do I need to get longer plastic tube and how to connect to shut off and faucet?

It is possible to carefully cut the PEX tubes and reinstall the end fitting with the use of the included ferrules. This procedure is included for skilled tradespeople who desire a more pleasing looking result or, as in your case, for a specific installation challenge. We must state that we are not trained plumbers or tradespeople who can diagnose an installation challenge and thus suggest a plumber be contacted to ensure a safe installation. How do you fit the Delta Cartridge RP60400 into the Lehara DEL 2538

Hi Sam, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 2538-SSMPU-DST Lahara® Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Stainless. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. The Diamond Seal RP60400 valve cartridge can be replaced by turning off the water supply, loosening the handle set screw, and removing the handle and bonnet nut. Note the orientation of the old cartridge and replace it with the new one. I have a lahara 2538 ssmpu-dst faucet. it is leaking through the valve. the valve listed is different than the one in my faucet. Also, I have a conical spring and a cylindrical washer that fits over the spring, but I don't see those two parts listed.
