All 5 Faucets leak around Escutcheon at Gasket
All 5 faucets at my home are leaking around the escutcheon. Called to request replacement parts - representative couldn't find this part - not helpful. Wondering if a new larger gasket will help, given that this smaller gasket is poorly sized (material cost reduction initiative) and has a known failure mode. If sealant has to be applied as a band-aide, please provide pictorial of how to apply it and which sealant to use. Also, please update your installation manuals, accordingly.

Handsome, but two design flaws detract
After a month of comparison shopping, my partner and I just bought this faucet for the master bath in our first home. Installation was mostly trouble-free (especially considering that I'm a total plumbing novice). The faucet looks fantastic and works satisfactorily, but I encountered two design shortcomings.
1) When I tested plugging the sink drain, I would pull up on the lift rod only to have it routinely come loose and out of the faucet. Despite multiple efforts, I could not sufficiently tighten the screw that attaches the metal strap to the pop-up drain lift rod. I ended up using duct tape to keep these two parts joined. This makes it functional, but duct tape fixes should not be necessary on a brand new $120+ faucet.
2) The exposed screw holes on the faucet handles are an eyesore that cheapen an otherwise elegant design. Upon completing all the assembly and installation steps, I was so surprised to see that I searched the carton (and then online) for set screw buttons or covers, only to discover that the exposed screw holes on the centerset Lahara faucet handles are intentional. This is an easy fix; Delta's own RP83791 and RP78524 include button covers... Why not the Lahara?
Overall, this faucet checks my important boxes: Durable, functional, handsome, matches the stainless and satin nickel accents in my bathroom. Fix the exposed screw holes and Rube Goldberg-esque pop-up drain, and this is a five-star gem all day long.

Spout canted
I purchased two of these for the master bath. One was fine but the other the spout is canted towards the cold water, I noticed this after I installed it. They look good and work good but I am disappointed about the defect.

Drain Assembly Cracked After 6 Months!
I love the look of the Lahara line of bathroom fixtures, but the faucet drain assembly cracked 6 months after installation. I don't know how or why it cracked, but it should hold up better than that!

Don't Purchase Stainless Finish
I purchased this for one of our bathrooms and it's a great functioning faucet for the price point. I just wish I had purchased chrome rather than the stainless finish - it "spots" very bad and it looks terrible unless you try to polish it constantly. Chrome would have been easier to keep clean. Overall just disappointed in the finish I chose.

Easy-Peasy, Works quiet and smooth.
Easy installation. I like the flexible tubing as opposed to fixed length cooper for installation. Installed 2 of them side by side (2 bathroom sinks) and my wife loves them (that's the real test).

Great Soft Color like in the Brochure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my Mother's bathroom. Looks so glamorous! Her old faucet had been leaking and needed to be replaced -- it was stainless and white. This one looks amazing in her tiled bathroom and goes beautifully with her shower curtain as well. Also ordered the towel rack and am very pleased with everything. Works well and like that the spout was a bit taller then the last one which makes it more practical.

Looks good/ quality disappointing
Delta was chosen for all brass fittings and ceramic valves but came with the cheapest PEX waterlines and plastic washers. Looks great but low quality construction surprised me after checking specs first. Will see how long it takes to leak. Hopefully before the warranty is up. Delta will have to pay for the plumber to remove and install another better quality
faucet for the price. It wasnt the cheapest either. Handles are loose fitting too. Will see. Just installed by plumber.

Very Nice!
Bought it during update of small downstairs bathroom and it really added a modern look to the room. Pop-up drain looks like it's not down, but apparently there is a gasket or something that actually seals it so the water doesn't drain out. Over all, very happy with it.

HOW DO CLEAN THE SCREEN IN THE SPOUT

Thank you for your question. The cached aerator in the Delta Lahara Lavatory 2538-RBMPU-DST can be removed with an aerator wrench designed specifically for the faucet. We recommend to remove the aerator and soak this in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for cleaning. Could you please tell me the part number for the wrench which should be used to remove the aerator from this faucet? The wrenches for our faucets were not left by the builder. I have purchased RP52217, which is too large, and will not work.
