All 3 sinks we've replaced we've put in this faucet - it's beautiful and easy to clean. Looking to do the next bathroom shortly, and will again be getting this faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fixture causes water odor Had 3 of these installed in new construction in late 2015 with pre-attached supply tubing. When the fixtures are unused overnight or longer, the hot water has a noticeable odor at first which then clears up but is quite unpleasant. No other fixtures in the house exhibit this odor and the water supply is from a central development system and run through a filter/softener also. Disinfected the water heater and supply piping several times but it always returned to these 3 fixtures only, not the kitchen, laundry room or tub/showers. After many attempts to diagnose cause unsuccessfully, I finally changed one fixture to another brand with separate supply line hoses and no problem with that fixture while the other 2 still have it. My conclusion is that it is somehow caused by the pre-attached supply tubing or,possibly less likely, the fixture materials. For a fairly pricey fixture, didn't expect to have this type of problem. probably will change out the other 2 to a different brand also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy yet sleek faucet and handles Originally, I purchased a Kohler faucet that looked very similar to this Delta model, but it was too big for the countertop and sink. Although the Delta faucet and handles were my second choice in product name, I'm glad I choose this faucet because the scale of the faucet arc and the swing and length of the handles fit the sink size perfectly. I spread the three pieces at 5" apart to fit the sink and countertop spacing. I'm very satisfied with the product and how it looks on the vanity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The ring on bottom of faucet turns colors. The bottom rings around these turned gold on the stainless finish on some of the faucets. We had three sinks. Delta blamed it on harsh chemical I used. I used clorox wipes, & sometimes soft scrub, all of which are okay for stainless. This is a bathroom, & they said only water to use. They would not stand behind these faucets. They did offer me 50% off of their new ones, but still expensive. I am very disappointed. These are approx. 13 months old.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Professional installed faucet two years old leaks. This thing turns out to be a great looking leaking piece Of Junk. The dual sink setup leaks like this . The one on the right leaks from the cold water handle and the one on the left leaks from the spout. The leaking spout sprayed water all over beneath the sink ruining most of what was stored there but thankfully it only leaked when used. The cold water handle secretly leaked for days ruining the ceiling below. New house new install I'm thinking I should get more than two years out of a faucet before replacing and or rebuilding it.

These are the best faucets I've ever owned. Easy to install, very nice finish that stays nice with no care other than an occasional wiping off, ( one set is now 5 years old). The faucets are very smooth to operate, and looks fantastic. I am extremley satisfied with this product. These Delta faucets are far superior to the Moen and Kohler faucets that I replaced. Delta faucets are simply better. I would also add that I am extremely satisfied with the selection, service, and prices of Faucet Direct. I have saved hundreds on bath fixtures, a bathtub, and supplies for my home renovation projects. Awesome service!

The video provided by Tim is misleading, as it shows the replacement of a different stem cartridge rather than the Diamond 2-H Model: RP60400.

When I pull up the stopper handle, and even gently push down on the stopper itself, the sink will still slowly drain out and not hold water. Is there an adjustment I can make?

Thank you for your question, Matthew! Code permits that stoppers can leak no more than a gallon per hour with 6" of water in the bowl. The seal is provided by the weight of the water holding the rubber seal against the flange and the bowl must have at least 6" of water to provide adequate pressure. Please be sure this is not the issue occurring and if the leak persists, we would recommend checking that the required sealant was used on the flange which should be a uniform 1/4" round bead of sealant. If the lift rod pulls straight up, why does the spec sheet call for a minimum 2-1/2" clearance to backsplash?

I've seen this 2-1/2" minimum space requirement on other faucets, but that was because the lift rod on those faucets come out at an angle toward the backsplash. It looks like the lift rod on the Lahara pulls straight up (which several users have confirmed in various Q&A posts. I'd like to purchase the Lahara, but I'm not sure the maker of the cultured granite vanity top I have on order can accommodate the 2-1/2" requirement.

Water is dripping slowing when turned off. Is there a washer in the Lahara two handle widespread bathroom faucet that need to be replaced?

Hi Ed, Thank you for your question. To stop a drip in the model 3538-MPU-DST faucet you will want to change out the RP60400 valve assembly. How do you get the filter off the front of the faucet?
