The worst faucet we have ever owned. Broken down multiple times. As we bought matching everything in our bathroom, I have no choice but to keep buying the parts and repair it. The parts are not cheap and every single one of them were replaced within two years.

Beautiful and Functional
I have purchased 4 of these faucets for my bathrooms. I've had 3 of them for more than a year now. I bought the 4th recently for another bathroom. They look great and work very well. I had all of them professionally installed by a plumber. They arrived super fast, within 24 hours after being ordered. They fit well with different decor styles and are easy to use and keep clean. Definitely would recommend this faucet. I'm very happy with it.

Not happy with Delta Products
We built our home 4 years ago and installed Delta faucets in our entire home. so far Ive had to replace the 3 position head and cartrage on my kitchen faucet and now I am having another leaking issure with my bathroom faucet. The Delta rep that I spoke with was very helpful and appologized. The parts were sent to me withn a few days. But I still have to do the work on faucets that were not cheep to purchase.

Delta customer service worked great
I was about to replace the entire faucet because that is what the plumber recommended. I called Delta and they sent me new cartridges. I watched the Delta video and replaced the cartridges. No more leaks and no expensive repair bill.

I need a replacement stem for the cold water side of the Lahara wideset faucet, I recently bought the RP60400 valve & it did not work, the lever would not operate. The plumber said I need the cold water side, but I don't see it on the parts list.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 3538-CZMPU-DST.
Replacement RP60400 valves are used for hot and cold and are shipped in the hot orientation. For cold valve operation, lift the stop, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise, and push it back down into position. Install the valve with the arrow toward the spout.

How do you replace the aerator screen?

When I pull the stopper handle up to seal the basil for filling it goes back down and the stopper remains in the up position. How do I fix the problem?

We recommend using plumbers tape where this assembly screws onto the tailpiece as instructions suggest (page 10, step C) on the Maintenance and Installation manual below. We advise putting the thread seat tape on clockwise and no more than wrapping it three times around. We recommend removing the handle and using a socket wrench to ensure the bonnet nut is tight. If the leak remains, the RP60400 valve assembly may need to be replaced.

Will the screw holes on the sides of the handles come with a cover or plug? I've noticed that some of your other faucets have the holes covered but all of the pictures I've seen of the Lahara show the holes uncovered.

How do you remove the water supply lines from this type of faucet?

Our faucets with Diamond Seal Technology feature integrated supply lines. The water supply lines are not designed to be removed. If necessary, the line can be cut for a custom connection. Carefully follow the instructions to avoid potential leaks.
