Beautiful and Functional
I have purchased 4 of these faucets for my bathrooms. I've had 3 of them for more than a year now. I bought the 4th recently for another bathroom. They look great and work very well. I had all of them professionally installed by a plumber. They arrived super fast, within 24 hours after being ordered. They fit well with different decor styles and are easy to use and keep clean. Definitely would recommend this faucet. I'm very happy with it.

Not happy with Delta Products
We built our home 4 years ago and installed Delta faucets in our entire home. so far Ive had to replace the 3 position head and cartrage on my kitchen faucet and now I am having another leaking issure with my bathroom faucet. The Delta rep that I spoke with was very helpful and appologized. The parts were sent to me withn a few days. But I still have to do the work on faucets that were not cheep to purchase.

Delta customer service worked great
I was about to replace the entire faucet because that is what the plumber recommended. I called Delta and they sent me new cartridges. I watched the Delta video and replaced the cartridges. No more leaks and no expensive repair bill.

Is there a replacement flange for sinks that do not have an overflow drain? This drain assembly simply won't work on sinks with no overflow -- the assembled piece is to long and the holes in the flange would just leak water.

Will this faucet work with a vessel sink? If not, what similar design would work with a vessel sink?
Hi Barbara, Thank you for your question. The height to the bottom of the spout on the model 3538-SSMPU-DST is approximately 3-1/2", this is generally not high enough to clear the rim of most vessel sinks. All of our vessel bowl faucets are the single hole installation, single handle style. Another option might be a 2 handle wall mount lav faucet like our model 3592LF-WL.

How is WaterSense accomplished? Is there a flow restrictor that can be removed? The public water supply in my area only provides 30 lbs of pressure so I'm concerned about the flow rate of Delta Lahara 3538-SSMPU-DST being adequate.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 3538-SSMPU-DST faucet has a flow rate of 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi. The unit is WaterSense® Labeled. WaterSense® labeled faucets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. There is not a way to remove this, as it is non-removable. Removing or attempting to remove the flow restrictor may result in voiding any warranty you may have for the faucet.

How do you remove the hidden aerator on this faucet so it can be cleaned?!?

I have a delta lahara 3538-SSMPU-DST and need to replace the aerator. I saw the part number is RP54977. but when i got it says its 1.5 gpm aerator and i know the specification for the faucet say 1.2 GPM. I just wanted to be sure i can use the aerator

How sturdy are the drain lines? I need to put in some shelving which will push against the water lines. I don't want to burst them but they seem pretty strong, yet somewhat unforgiving.

We have Delta 3528RBMPU faucets. Installed new in July of 2017. The hot and cold handles are leaking on one of the sinks faucets. I need new cartridges and spring/seats for the hot and cold. Can you send me these replacement parts. Thank you.

Is the threaded brass assembly that the hoses and valve go into. Valve leaked and the hard water corroded the threads so I cannot replace the valve and handle base

Our faucets with Diamond Seal Technology feature integrated supply lines. The water supply lines are not designed to be removed. If necessary, the line can be cut for a custom connection. Carefully follow the instructions to avoid potential leaks.
