I chose the Trinsic collection based off this faucet. It has the look, feel and appeal that I wanted for my client. Rich, clean, and modern. I love it and so do they. We had zero issues with installation.

We also bought a matching flush lever for the toilet and love the finish. The faucet works great - and was installed easily by our plumber. I especially love that the hot and cold sides do not have to have the red and blue colors in them - for the gold color they just have a little brown piece so it doesnt stand out.

The packaging is very secure and every part is secured to ensure quality is delivered. Parts are easy to install. I would highly recommend this particular faucet as well as all Delta faucets. I have purchased other items with a modern gold finish and Delta's Champagne Bronze is more of the perfect gold than the name of being a bronze. I love it and will continue to purchase other Delta Trinsic items for our house remodel.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product looks Great but is a catch 22 to install. I purchased this Faucet as part of redoing our guest bathroom. It was the most attractive one we saw. However, it has a catch 22 in the installation instructions. It states that if you determine the PEX supply tubing is too long and must be shorter to create an acceptable installation, when cutting the installer accepts the responsibility to do so in a way that allows a leak-free joint to be created. Delta is not responsible any cut that will not allow a leak free joint. Well my installer thought he did it right, his boss looked at it and said it was done right, but 3 days after it was installed the hot water tubing can out of the shut off valve, flooding the bathroom and then it went into the hallway, the linin closet, the guest bedroom and the guest bedroom closet all of which have hardwood floors. The Installer has accepted responsibility and his insurance will cover it but he has only "Actual Cash Value" insurance and mine is "Replacement Cost Value" so I have to go through my insurance abd have them subrogate his insurance company. It is now over three weeks later and we are still trying to get repair estimates for hardwood flooring that is no longer made in that color and for repairing the sheetrock damaged when removing all the floor molding, then replacing that moulding and repainting the entire area. A real nightmare! At the rate it's going it will take months to get all the estimates in, reviewed and approved and then have the work done. I am guessing the repairs will be at least 3 or 4 times the cost of the bathroom redo. For that reason I would NEVER use that plumber again and I would NEVER buy a Delta product again.

I do not need the pop up stopper, is there a similar model without?

Hi Arshille, Thank you for your question. The model 3559-RBMPU-DST is not available to order less the drain assembly. We do offer widespread lavatory faucet models in our commercial line of faucets without drain assemblies but only in the chrome finish. Thanks, Dave

Do the matte black faucets have to have the red and blue dots on them or are those optional? Many of them completely ruin the design.

I don't have the 2.5 inches clearance to backsplach. More like 1.5 inches. Is there another plug I can substitute (chrome) that does not require a drain pull lever? Or does Delta make widespread faucets requiring less clearance?

Hi, Eileen! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is not a drain plug that can be substituted for the lift rod for this faucet. We recommend to clearance to back splash for the installation above the sink as well as installation below the sink. Best Regards, Rosanna

We are having an issue getting the handles to sit flush on the base.  It seems like they won’t push down completely leaving a visible gap btw the bottom of the handle & base. We received a replacement set of handles, but has same result. Help!

Does the handle have 2-finishes?

It appears from the pictures that there are 2 finishes - almost a matte finish around the temperature dot -- or is it solid polished chrome?

Can the Trinsic wide spread faucet be placed in a 4" spread pre-drilled holes on granite counter and function normally? Our granite is cut for the centerset type faucet and I want to have this collection in my home but not sure if they will work properly

Wanting to replace older Delta tub faucet from 2003 with this Trinsic faucet to match other bathroom hardware upgrades. Will this just fit in place?

Hi, Indu! Thank you for your question. This Delta 3559-MPU-DST will not work as a roman tub unit as this is a lavatory sink faucet. The flow rate for this unit is 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi.
