So I gave it to my mom who it actually fit in her bathroom. There was too much to hook up in my small vanity in my bathroom underneath didn’t have enough room for all of the pieces She said that it’s beautiful and that it works very well!!! Can’t wait to start my kitchen remodel and bedroom Hopefully this brand has other things I can look for because they have very good products I gave three stars because of the fact that I could not use it myself because it said that it would be compatible but when we got it, it was a lot of pieces

I have dealt with light cheap plastic-like faucets in the past, and I could tell this Delta two handle faucet. is excellent and reliable in comparison. The fixtures are well made of metal and have a solid heft to them. I’m sure they will last an extremely long time. The label even says guaranteed for life! Satisfied with this product.

SO MANY PROBLEMS. The problems are not all with the faucet. We went to replace our faucet and realized our sink was rusty. We then went to buy a new sink and decide to full send and get a new vanity. That was an ordeal to install with lots of issues that came up. So now hip deep in a renovation just to review this faucet we finally are ready to install it. It doesn’t fit the new vanity sink holes…. So my husband is now trying to figure out how to accommodate. I will return to give an update once it’s finally installed. The product itself is such nice quality. It’s really a beautiful looking piece. I’m excited to have this as our main bathroom faucet.

Is the 2 1/2 inch recommended clearance to backsplash absolutely necessary? I have 1 3/4 because my bs sits on top of the countertop. Will it work?

Do you sell replacement stoppers for this faucet? Or do you have to buy the entire drain assembly? I recently moved into a new-build home and whomever installed this faucet in the bathroom dented the stopper and it needs to be replaced.

Can this faucet be installed without the baseplate?

We have a 3 hole sink and would like to install the spout and handles directly on the sink surface without the baseplate. Can we do this and if so are all the parts we would need to do this included?

I have all new Delta (Ashlyn) faucets in my home. I chose the stainless and they look discolored. I cant' describe it but not how they looked in the showroom floor. How do you recommend cleaning these? I haven't every used any cleaner on them yet.

Furthermore, I have included the cleaning instructions below and if the faucet does not seem to get better with the cleaning, please contact us back directly. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I am trying to clean the aerator from build up on 3564-SSMPU-DST I see two screws underneath the spout which helped separate the spout, but I am worried that if I pull too hard to expose the aerator that I might break something. do you have a video?

I just installed the DeltaAshlyn 1.2 GPM Widespread Bathroom Faucet with Pop-Up Drain Assembly. I like the look of it but the water comes out too fast. I am looking for an aerator or another way to slow down the flow so the user doesn't get splashed.

The cold water handle on this sink faucet (Ashlyn, MODEL#: 2564-SSMPU-DST) has come loose. On page 10 of the Maintenance and Installation Sheet, it doesn't mention how to remove the handle button. I don't want to damage it. Help!
