So I gave it to my mom who it actually fit in her bathroom. There was too much to hook up in my small vanity in my bathroom underneath didn’t have enough room for all of the pieces She said that it’s beautiful and that it works very well!!! Can’t wait to start my kitchen remodel and bedroom Hopefully this brand has other things I can look for because they have very good products I gave three stars because of the fact that I could not use it myself because it said that it would be compatible but when we got it, it was a lot of pieces

I have dealt with light cheap plastic-like faucets in the past, and I could tell this Delta two handle faucet. is excellent and reliable in comparison. The fixtures are well made of metal and have a solid heft to them. I’m sure they will last an extremely long time. The label even says guaranteed for life! Satisfied with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AshleyE from Nice quality, difficult dimensions I’m honestly only rating this 3 stars right now because it’s been a whole struggle and I have yet to fully install or get to use the faucet yet. SO MANY PROBLEMS. The problems are not all with the faucet. We went to replace our faucet and realized our sink was rusty. We then went to buy a new sink and decide to full send and get a new vanity. That was an ordeal to install with lots of issues that came up. So now hip deep in a renovation just to review this faucet we finally are ready to install it. It doesn’t fit the new vanity sink holes…. So my husband is now trying to figure out how to accommodate. I will return to give an update once it’s finally installed. The product itself is such nice quality. It’s really a beautiful looking piece. I’m excited to have this as our main bathroom faucet.

The assembly was easy enough for a woman to install it without any problems. The water flows quickly and quietly through the faucet without any leaking components. I pulled up the mechanism on the faucet to close the drain and now I can’t get it to stay down.  Is there a trick?

The connection to the horizontal rod can be adjusted for the sink height. If the issue remains, disconnect the lift rod to see if the issue is with the movement of the horizontal rod in the drain or the movement of the lift rod in the faucet. The handles are loose on this faucet. Plumber said we needed a special tool to take a part and reinstall/fix.  Said tool comes from delta.  Do you know what this might be?

How to change cartridge on 3564 faucet

Hi Roy p, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The ASHLYN® MODEL#: 3564-MPU-DST handles have a button covering the set screw which would need to be loosened to remove the handle. Please see the link below, page 5 for installation instructions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/77310%20Rev%20I.pdf From there you can remove the bonnet and anchor nuts, then pull straight up on the valve assembly. Install valve assembly correctly for proper handle rotation. Replacement DST valves are shipped in the HOT orientation. For COLD valve operation, lift the stop, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise and push it back down into position. Install valve with arrow toward spout. Please reach out with further questions! We purchased the Ashlyn 3564 faucet to use on our pedestal sink several months ago. As the remodel winds down, our plumber has informed us that the sink has 1 1/8 inch holes and the faucet requires 1 1/4 inch holes. Any suggestions? love this faucet.

Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done, the EZ anchor is what holds the faucet to the sink and it needs the hole to be a specific size.
