Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! You will need a 3/32” Allen wrench, needle nose pliers, towel, and bucket. 1. Please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. 2. Remove the set screws on the sides of your handles with your 3/32" Allen wrench. 3. With the wrench, thread the bonnet nuts counterclockwise to remove them. 4. You will expose the brass stem units. Please take a photo or take notes on how these are oriented. It is recommended to flush the unit before installing new parts. I will provide directions below. 1. Place a towel around the backside of the faucet. 2. Place the bucket over the top of the towel, and ask someone to hold on to the bucket. 3. Turn on water supplies and flush the water for about 30 seconds to a minute. 4. Shut off water supplies and proceed to put the new parts in. We appreciate your inquiry.
