Rated 1 out of 5 by Texas from Poor functionality: "very" low water flow! New 3,400 sq. ft. house, 4 bathroom-kitchen-laundry, all DELTA. Six months in. RE: Master bath, his and her sinks with Pivotal two handles. Beautiful to look at, everyone admires. Plumber did have problems getting handles straight. I did not have any problems with the base rotating. My only complaint is 1/8" in water stream/flow. Thought is was a clogged aerator. Ordered an "aerator wrench", plastic @ $20. With some difficulty removed the aerators and cleared a small amount of debris. However, that had NO effect on the small stream of water coming out of the faucets. What good are the faucets if you can't get flow of water? Probably will change them out in the future. "Sunk Cost" in a new house, wife not happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Callen64 from Plumbers Won't Install Due To Design Purchased two of these faucets from a local plumbing supply within the past month and now see Delta has discontinued the Pivotal line. The first plumber would not install them due to the fact of past customer complaints months after the install saying that the base of the handles do not stay in place and spin. We called a second plumber and his reaction was the same. These were special order from the plumbing supply company so it appears we are stuck with two faucets with a hefty price tag. We are waiting and hoping for a resolution from Delta-the plumbing supply company is reaching out to them. We called customer service ourselves as well. Only response was to send us new internal pieces but since the product is faulty what is the point? This would mean every time the handles spin we'd have to call for new parts and call a plumber to come out and pay for repairs. Depending on the outcome of this situation will determine if we continue to by Delta products in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by dry sink in Texas from Poor performing faucet Nice exterior design, but the water flow started off low and has only become worse. I’ve had two different plumbing companies out and neither could fix the problem. They both said this faucet needed a special tool which neither had, to clean the basket. The contractor who installed it said this was the most difficult faucet he has ever installed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Onel from "Pivotal" fixtures In 2019, we selected this faucet for the sinks and tub in our remodeled master bath from a local kitchen and bath showroom. That choice proved to be a major mistake. Unlike the fixtures in our 2002 custom-built home -all stunning Delta workhorses- these new fixtures have consistently failed us. Issues began shortly after installation. Despite years of costly repairs, no plumber has been able to stabilize the swiveling handles or remove the clogged aerators for cleaning. We are now forced to replace these expensive fixtures, as the handles remain loose and the aerators reduce water flow to a mere trickle. What was meant to be a beautiful, spacious retreat with a walk-in shower and high-end updates has become a source of ongoing frustration and regret. With our trust in Delta products compromised, we have yet to choose a replacement and move on.

Three months in one of the handles started moving when you turned it on and off, I stopped using it. Now 3 out of the 4 handles do the same thing. I see no reason why they should not stay locked in place, and it is very frustrating.

Since moving in I had nothing but issues with the sink faucet (handles don’t lock into place as the should so instead of a straight line in the off position the handle has a gap and sits at an angle) as well as one of the shower heads (different sprayer options doesn’t work). This is so disappointing cause I have not had issues with delta products bought in the past.

I am interested in the Pivotal collection and am wondering how high the handles are on the bathroom widespread faucet. They look very small and I don't want to have my hands caught trying to clean.

Hello Delta, I am considering buying Delta Pivotol in black stainless color finish with accessories. Any way I have get a sense of the color of the finish without actually ordering?

I purchased 2 faucets for my master bath 2 1/2 years ago thru Lee supply Corp, Fort Wayne IN. Product #3599lf-blmpud The handle on one of them is very loose and sometimes comes right off the base. What can be done to fix this?
