Easy install, customer likes the unit, as a professional in the industry, I would expect a higher quality body.

It feels very solid and the stream is excellent. No play in the handle; excellent components. Love the finish!

The only suggestion--make sure you check to see that all the parts are in the box before you call a plumber to install the faucet. We had to call Delta to get a missing part because this seller does not sell individual parts. That was the only inconvenience in our buying process.
