Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet Great product, very easy to use and looks great with my new quartz countertop and sink.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Constant water spots ruin a beautiful faucet Purchased this stainless faucet for our half bath a few months ago. It shows water spots horribly! It never looks nice! Even when dried with a soft microfiber cloth, it still doesn't look as nice as it should. I don't understand how this passed QA - it's a bathroom faucet, the finish should not show water spots. We've had a single handle Delta faucet (same finish) in our main bath for years and it never looks like this new one (it cleans up great and looks beautiful). I actually like the design of this new faucet better, but I can't get over how badly the water spots make the finish look. How ironic the color name is "stainless" when it always looks stained.

Q&A

For 520-PPU-DST, I purchased a replacement cartridge. When I attempt to (wrench) on the bonnet - it won't budge. I used some penetrating fluid but I am hesitate to apply too much force. Why don't that bonnet yield to wrenching? Steve M

Just bought the 520-PPU-DST and is still in the box, because: 1. I'd like the dimensions ( spout, height, etc.) 2. Does the cartridge have a ceramic disc in it ?

Asked by: Craig
Hello Craig, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta 520-PPU-DST takes the diamond seal technology cartridge, this is a ceramic disk with a diamond coating. I have also attached a the technical specifications sheet for this model below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-500-DST%20Rev%20M.pdf Please contact us back for any further questions. Hi we have this faucet in 2 of our baths. The cap underneath the handle is loose. How can I tighten that? The other one is not like this. thank you

Asked by: jackie
Hi jackie, Thank you for your question! I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help you. You can remove the handle set screw behind the red/blue button with a 1/8" Allen wrench. With the handle removed you can simply tighten the cap by hand. Please reach out with further questions!
