I like the handle!
The handle is so much better than the acrylic knob was on each of the two 30 year old faucets that gave out within a week of each other. Maybe you could phase out the knobs. They just gather gook in the crevices. The new handles are much easier to clean and look so shiny. [I received an e-mail for each of the faucets, but I will only post this one review...as the faucets are side by side in the master bathroom.]

Nice faucet
I installed two of these bathroom faucets several years ago. After a year, one got hard to turn. I called Delta and the repair parts were sent within a few days. Problem fixed. Nice faucet and great customer service.

Looks Great, Easy to Install, but...
Replaced two faucets in my master bath with this model. I love the looks and the faucets were extremely easy to install, but I have two issues that keep me from rating the faucets higher. The first issue is that the "range" of the faucet handle is not very large making it very difficult to finely adjust the hot/cold mixture ratio. My previous faucets were much easier to adjust properly. The second issue is that the way the faucets are made, the underside portion near the outlet (where the water actually comes out of the faucet) has sharp edges on each side which could potentially result in someone cutting themselves. I have accidentally brushed my hands against these edges while pulling my hands away from the faucet and it can be painful.

Easy to Install
So you think you can’t do plumbing. Well, I think you can. With the clear instructions that accompany this faucet, you should have no trouble. The illustrations along with the written text will guide you step by step. The pop-up drains are a little tricky, as are all pop-up drains. Tighten the nut on the lift lever too tight and you can’t raise or lower the drain stopper. Loosen the nut too much and you have a leak. It takes some patience to get it just right.
The faucet looks great, I like it so much better than my old two-handled faucet. Simple, nice clean lines. There is good clearance around the base of the faucet which aids in cleaning.
Like I say, you should be able to install this faucet. I installed two of them, and I’m a 73-year-old female! With Delta’s reputation for quality and their lifetime warranty, I think my plumbing days are done.

Well built, good price, stylish appearance.
We needed to replace a faucet and we found this one. It looks good, has a great warranty, and was very easy to install. I have almost zero skills at anything to do with plumbing and I had an easy time with the installation.

Excellent Value, Fit, and Finish!
Replaced a pair of 32 year old Delta bathroom single handle faucets with this model. Installation was easy and with the provided Pex connectors, no cutting or soldering of supply lines was required. Low flow aerator takes some getting used to, but so far we love the new faucets.

Delta is Number 1 in Bathroom Faucets
When I was shopping for a new bathroom faucet my Grandpa told me to buy Delta. At first I asked him why and he said "they are the best and they make better quality products that last a long time." He told me also that he brought a Delta faucet back in 1976 and he still has it to this day. So when I bought this product and installed it, I can tell you it works great and I love the chrome finish. So I will now tell my friends about Delta you guys are the best.

I've used a new bath faucet in the bathroom and bought it 10/2015 and there is a leak inside the faucet no good !!!
I've used delta faucets for years ( 35 or more) in my own house and rental properties. Have had good use and especially in rental properties they take a beating. This new faucet I purchased for my own house. Since it seems to have a leak from inside the housing I'm not a happy camper !!! I'm disappointed in the quality of this faucet!!!! Having pvc attached to the inside of housing isn't what I expected!!! This method doesn't seem to have lasting quality any more !!! Don't buy this model 521 -ppu-dst !!!!

Delta Does is Right
Our first purchase of a Delta faucet was 10 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen; the contractor had recommended Delta. We were so pleased with the design and Delta's lifetime warranty that we purchased another Delta faucet when we needed to replace the bathroom sink. Delta's customer service is responsive and helpful.

replacing a nearly identical delta faucet after +/- 13 years of service...
our nearly identical bathroom sink delta faucet began to leak after +/- 13 years. after suffering the drip for far longer than i ever should have, i was pleased to find that delta honored its lifetime guarantee at my local lowe's home improvement store by providing a free replacement. the replacement model is definitely lighter than the model that failed (less material/metal?). it took three installations to finally create a leak-free drain. though the fully plastic pop-up drain was threaded and called for no sealer, it took me six wraps of teflon tape to create a leak-free seal. in the end, the install was reasonably simple, the faucet functions seamlessly, and matched our remaining faucet in the dual vanity well enough to go unnoticed. cheers delta...

What is difference between 521 eco dst and 521 ppu eco dst?

Thank you for your question. The difference between the 521-ECO-DST and the 521-PPU-ECO-DST is the drain assembly. The 521-PPU-ECO-DST has a plastic pop up drain assembly while the 521-ECO-DST has a metal pop up drain assembly.

I have three 521-ppu-eco-dst bath faucets. Delta sent warranty replacements of RP54977 1.2 aerators. And rp60730 key. When I look the aerator for my model is RP60983 1.5. Will the RP54977 fit the Classic? It says it’s the Lahara.

A replacement aerator will depend on the manufacture date of the faucet. RP54977 1.2 should fit a faucet made after 2011. See the chart in the parts diagram here for more information:

Yes, this faucet would be installed on a three-hole sink where the centers of the right and left holes are 4" apart. A foundations collection centerset faucet model should have the same 3-hole 4" installation.
