water is at a trickle
I've had this faucet installed for less than 1.5 years. The water pressure from the spigot has dwindled to a trickle, in both the hot and cold handle position. Asked AI and was told it could be the cartridge inside the stem of the faucet. Problem - I cannot get the handle off to get to the cartridge. HELP! Don't want to damage the product. No set screws or caps to remove to get to set screw - there is no visible set screw. I've searched. Any information would be well appreciated.

Drain Finish
Drain & stopper turn whitish when dry. We selected the Delta Woodhurst faucet & drain set for the sink in bathrooms in our new house. About 3 weeks after we moved in the drains and stoppers turned whitish in color when dry. When the drains & stoppers are wet the whitish color goes away and it is just the bronze color again until it dries when turn it turns whitish again. We have tried to clean it several times, but nothing seems to help. We have a water softener, so it is not a hard water issue.
The faucet itself looks and works great.

What material is the pop-up drain made of, is it plastic or a metal like the faucet? We have a Delta faucet in our bathroom right now that has the plastic drain stopper and the finish has not held up very well over the years. Thanks! --Calvin

I just purchased and installed 2 of these Model #532-RBMPU-DST faucets, I have had them only a couple weeks and one of the pop up drain plugs is discolored! what is happening? Why is the color changing? Venitian bronze is milky! Woodhurst Vene

Does this faucet have pvd or lumicoat on it?

The matte black finish does not have Lumicoat and is not applied with a PVD process.
