Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice, doesn't work. Installed this faucet a year ago to replace a matching one that had started leaking. Within a couple of weeks, the handle will not stay up and the faucet will not run unless I jam a lacrosse ball under the handle, which looks broke down and is not really a solution. Have tried replacing the cartridge but the one suggested here is an inch longer than the one that is in this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet that just works! I’m not very handy, but this faucet was easy to install and feels sturdy once it’s in place. The handle moves smoothly and it doesn’t drip, which is really all I want from a bathroom faucet. The matte black finish looks great and hasn’t shown spots or wear, even with regular cleaning. I liked that the matching drain was included so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. It uses less water without affecting pressure, and the limited lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a good looking, dependable faucet that works exactly as it should.

Asked by: Ali S
Hi Ali, The model 581LF-PP currently has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 GPM @ 60 psi. The aerator for the faucet can be removed by simply pulling the aerator straight down firmly, with needle nose pilers, from the end of the spout assembly. This looks like the 581LF model, aside from slight diffs in the height, spout height + spout reach. How do I know which one to buy for to decrease water splashing on my counters? I would pair it with an undermount sink, if that matters.

Asked by: Newhm
Hello Cins, Thank you for your question! We will be happy to help you today! The Delta 567LF-BLGPM-PP is recommended to have the water land close to the pop-up assembly to prevent splashing. The depth of the sink will also determine if the faucet splashes. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Renna

This faucet is in a one year old Pahlisch Homes home I just purchased. It doesn’t stay up in most positions and not at all in the center. I can’t find a hex screw to tighten. Please help.

Asked by: BuddW
Hi BuddW, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Handle dropping may be based on one or more factors of handle weight, cartridge torque, and house water pressure. An immediate fix may be popping the screwless handle and cap off, and then tightening the bonnet nut. The handle should pull straight up and off. If the issue remains, the cartridge may need to be replaced. For model 567LF-PP, we also redesigned the handle to be lighter, and this should be fixed for current models. Hello, I purchased Modern Single Handle Project-Pack Bathroom Faucet In Stainless MODEL#: 567LF-SSPP and it shows the water spots and wiping it doesn't remove the stains completely. I am only using them for a month. Any suggestions on how to clean them?

Asked by: Fafar
Hi Fafar, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We appreciate your purchase and are happy to help guide you with the best care recommendations for your MODERN Project-Pack Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 567LF-SSPP. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or countertop, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a cleaning product, use well-diluted dish soap as you would with your glassware, or the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, citric, and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes. Please reach out with further questions! How do I replace the aerator on the faucet .... MODEL#: 567LF-PP I have very little pressure and think that may be the problem Thanks,

Asked by: Marc
Hi Marc, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Modern Single Handle Project-Pack Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 567LF-PP. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. We do recommend flushing the valve; it will allow the removal of debris in the lines which is causing the low flow. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet: Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8” Allen wrench, a towel, and a bucket. 1. Please start but shutting off the water to both hold and cold supplies, and then put the handle in the on position to drain the water from the faucet. (This will also ensure the shut-off is complete off.). 2. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a blue/red button cover that can be removed with a sharp nail file or tweezers. 4. Please pull the handle off of the cap, which can be unthreaded from the body. This should only be hand-tight, but if you need to use a tool, we would recommend a strap wrench. (soaking a rag in 50/50 solution and wrapping around anything too tight will help loosen up the threads) 6. The bonnet nut would need to be removed next, unthreading as well. 7. once the bonnet nut is off, then the cartridge can be removed. At this time, I recommend placing all the parts into a bowl for reassembling. 8. Place the towel around the faucet on the counter and the bucket over the valve where you removed all the internal parts. Please turn both water supplies on. Please flush the faucet out for about 30 seconds to a minute. 9. After this, shut the hot and cold supplies off, reassemble and check for the flow and hammer sound. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

M using this faucet in the Dom8nican Republic on a new built villa. The stream is very low. I rep, aced it with a local store bought one and the pressure is great. The plumber says that the tube in faucet is narrow. How can I fix this?

Asked by: Sylvia
Hi Sylvia, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 581LF-BLGPM-PP. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This is a low-flow faucet designed to have a reduced flow of 1.0 gpm. The tubes should provide more than enough flow. The maximum flow rate is determined by the flow regulator located in the hose connection below the sink. If the flow rate is less than expected, I recommend cleaning the flow regulator. The stream straightener or aerator at the end of the spout can also be unscrewed and cleaned. See step 5 of the instructions to flush the supply lines and check if the hoses are the cause of the issue. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/115729%20Rev%20B.pdf Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! The handle is loose. When I lift to turn water on it drops down on its own. How do I tighten the handle?

Asked by: TimP
Hi TimP, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 567LF-SSPP. Depending on when the faucet was made, the handle either snaps on or uses a set screw in the back. Handle droop may be based on one or more factors of handle weight, cartridge torque, and house water pressure. An immediate fix may be popping the screwless handle and cap off, and then tightening the bonnet nut. If the issue remains, the RP104465 handle may need to be replaced. It has been redesigned to reduce weight. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
