Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice, doesn't work. Installed this faucet a year ago to replace a matching one that had started leaking. Within a couple of weeks, the handle will not stay up and the faucet will not run unless I jam a lacrosse ball under the handle, which looks broke down and is not really a solution. Have tried replacing the cartridge but the one suggested here is an inch longer than the one that is in this faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad engineering As another poster said this faucet had an engineering flaw in that the handle falls under its own weight. Poor design. I would not recommend unl SS they have re-engineered this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect bathroom faucet Delta is always great quality. Looks great, does exactly as it should. Water output is perfect and this black tone looks great in a modern bathroom. Assembly is very simple for this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet that just works! I’m not very handy, but this faucet was easy to install and feels sturdy once it’s in place. The handle moves smoothly and it doesn’t drip, which is really all I want from a bathroom faucet. The matte black finish looks great and hasn’t shown spots or wear, even with regular cleaning. I liked that the matching drain was included so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. It uses less water without affecting pressure, and the limited lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a good looking, dependable faucet that works exactly as it should.

One of my faucets has broken somehow and has a leak. I think the maid pushed the handle back too far as it leaks at the handle base. I have the tall version of the modern 567LF- BLGPM-PP. I don’t see where to get a replacement of the taller version

Asked by: Kirk
Hi Kirk, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet 567LF- BLGPM-PP. For a leak under the handle, we recommend tightening the bonnet nut or replacing the cartridge. A taller single-hole faucet with a square base could be the model 767LF-BL. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! How do I remove the aerator on the 567lf-blgpm-pp? It has very low water pressure so I hope cleaning will help. The wrench supplied doesn't work.

Asked by: Eddie
Hi Eddie, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We do not recommend the removal of the aerator on our Delta 567LF, however, if the flow has decreased we do recommend cleaning out the flow restrictor located under the handle. Please gather a 3/32" allen wrench, long needle nose pliers, and an o-ring pick. 1. Remove the handle with the 3/32" allen wrench and pull off the trim cap. 2. Remove the bonnet nut with the adjustable wrench. 3. Remove the valve cartridge. 4. Remove the adapter using long nose pliers. 5. Remove the flow regulator using an o-ring pick or similar tool. 6. Clean any debris from the inside surfaces of the flow regulator. When reinstalling parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened securely with a wrench. We appreciate your inquiry. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DELTA 581LF-BLGPM-PP AND THE 567LF-BLGPM-PP FAUCET

Asked by: GREG
Hi Greg, Thank you for your question! The two faucet models are different shapes. 581LF-BLGPM-PP faucets made after 1/14/2024 use a handle that is pushed or snapped on instead of using a set screw. It uses a flow regulator in the hose connection below the sink instead of the maximum flow rate determined by the aerator. Please reach out with any additional questions! I have a Modern 567LF-PP. The handle is falling when I try to turn on the tap. How do I fix this? The other Q&A doesn't seem to have answers. Also, how do you remove the handle? The instructions say to pull off without tools but that does not seem to work

Asked by: Kenneth
Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! When the handle is in the off position, the handle will lift straight up off of the stem unit as there is a magnet holding it in place. If the handle keeps falling, the cartridge assembly may be defective. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! The handle doesn't always stay up when the water is on.  Is there a way to tighten the handle so it doesn't fall on its own weight. thanks Kevin

Asked by: Kevin
Hi Kevin, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 567LF-BLGPM-PP. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the handle not staying up. We are happy to help! Handle droop may be based on one or more factors of handle weight, cartridge torque, and house water pressure. An immediate fix may be popping the screwless handle and cap off, and then tightening the bonnet nut. We have redesigned the handle RP104465BL to reduce the weight in current production models to fix this issue. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! My new faucet ‎567LF-MPU does not have the screw in aerator. However it is plugged. How do I clean it?

Asked by: Hybris
Hi Hybris, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 567LF-MPU Ara® Single Handle Bathroom Faucet In Chrome. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. Faucet model 567LF-MPU-PP has an aerator that unscrews. For model 567LF-MPU, we recommend cleaning the flow restrictor located below the valve cartridge. This is where water debris is likely to become trapped. The aerator is not designed to be easily removed. We recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. If it does need to be removed, if manufactured before 2016, it is held in with a set screw. Otherwise, it is held in with friction. A hook tool is included with the RP75408 replacement aerator.
