Looks nice, doesn't work.
Installed this faucet a year ago to replace a matching one that had started leaking. Within a couple of weeks, the handle will not stay up and the faucet will not run unless I jam a lacrosse ball under the handle, which looks broke down and is not really a solution. Have tried replacing the cartridge but the one suggested here is an inch longer than the one that is in this faucet.

Bad engineering
As another poster said this faucet had an engineering flaw in that the handle falls under its own weight. Poor design. I would not recommend unl SS they have re-engineered this product.

Do not buy massive flaw will not stay running
Faucet handle falls under its own weight. Have to hold the handle up the whole time you’re trying to run the sink. I can’t believe I paid a premium for this junk.

Great faucet that just works!
I’m not very handy, but this faucet was easy to install and feels sturdy once it’s in place. The handle moves smoothly and it doesn’t drip, which is really all I want from a bathroom faucet. The matte black finish looks great and hasn’t shown spots or wear, even with regular cleaning. I liked that the matching drain was included so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. It uses less water without affecting pressure, and the limited lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a good looking, dependable faucet that works exactly as it should.

Is this available without a pop-up assembly?
I have a wide basin sink with two faucets and only one drain so I need faucets without a pop up and just use a push down drain.

Thank you for your question. We do not currently make a PP (Project Pack) version of the faucet that does not include a pop-up assembly. However, the model 567LF-LPU does not include a drain assembly.

Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta Ara Lavatory 567LF-SSLPU faucet can be removed by simply pulling the aerator straight down firmly, with needle nose pilers, from the end of the spout assembly. Clean the aerator by soaking in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight.

WHat are the differences between 581LF-GPM-PP, 581LF-HGM-PP, and 581LF-PP ?? I see the -GPM faucet uses less water but I dont see any other differences between the other models?
Thank you for your question, Kyle. The model 581LF-PP currently has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gpm @ 60 psi. GPM models provide 1.0 gpm, and HGM models provide 0.5 gpm at the same psi. Please refer to the Technical Specifications for more information:

Will escutcheon (part number RP78358) cover a 8" centerset?
We bought this for a vanity top with a predrilled 8" centerset faucet setup. That means the the base plate or "Escutcheon" needs to be 9".
Will part number RP78358 cover the holes? If not, is there a part number that will with this faucet? Thanks.

Thank you for your question! This escutcheon plate is only 6" long and it is meant to be used as a 4" center install. Unfortunately, we do not have any longer escutcheon plates that will work as an 8" center install.

Thank you for your question. We do not have a recommended distance from the center of the faucet to the drain hole in the sink. The measurement we do recommend for the faucet on the sink is the clearance to back splash which is Min. 2 1/2" (64 mm).

Just had this faucet installed and the handle doesn't stay up in center position and moves very easily. How are these tightened?

Popping off the screwless handle and cap, and tightening the bonnet nut can help. If the issue remains, we recommend replacing the RP104465PC handle. We have redesigned it to help avoid the handle not staying up.

Can I get a different aerator for the 581-LF bathroom faucet? I don't like the one that came with the faucet. The water flow comes out as spray and ends up splattering all over, especially when water is turned on full blast.

Can you change out the spray stream. It’s awful and sprays everywhere. What part is compatible to swap out for a normal stream?
We purchased the 581LF-BLGPM-PP in Matte Black and, as many others have noted, the water comes out and sprays like a shower and is not just one cohesive stream. Which aerator would be less like a shower spray and more like one stream?
