Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible faucet and total lack of customer service If you research and I suggest you do you will see that the faucet has horrible splatter issues because of the lack of an aerator. A very simple fix the manufacturer could do that I would even have been willing to spend the money to purchase and install. Upon reaching out to customer care the answer is that there is no fix and that because the splatter is happening after it hits the sink it is not warrantable. Fine you have made sure I will not purchase more Delta products and I will tell everyone I know for the rest of my life, not to purchase Delta products as well. All because you wont spend the time to make a $.20 part to fix the known issue. DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good looking but I have unresolved issues. Found out that the Aerator is actually a Stream Straightener(SS), not an Aerator at all. I am trying to find a way to remove the SS to see how the water flows without it. Also would like to know if there is a real Aerator that I can install in place of the SS. Otherwise, I am not happy with the way the water flows out now as it hits the top of the drain stopper causing the water to splash all over my shirt. If this cannot be corrected, I will be forced to replace all four of these faucets that I just purchased and installed, with different brand faucets that have real Aerators. Splashing cannot continue! I would recommend this faucet of the spashing can be resolved!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Messy! DON'T BUY! They sure do look nice, but the rectangular aerator doesn't work and they splash everywhere and the water stream splits erratically. It's also a weird combination of height and bad pressure and a non conventional aerator stream. These were a huge mistake and now I'm stuck with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely unhappy with finish I purchased 5 of these for my house and I' m getting rid of them all. The finish NEVER stays clean. Every drop of water that lands on the faucet shows. The shower components have the same horrible finish. Am I suppose to leave a note for my guests to wipe the faucet and shower controls thoroughly after each use? I think not. I'm embarrassed to have them in my house. I followed the suggestion to clean with vinegar solution. It didn't help. Also tried stainless steel wipes without success. I liken this to the frustration of fingerprints on a stainless refrigerator or dishwasher only this is worse. Save yourself the frustration.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The splashing is ridiculous. This faucet is installed in the apartment I rent. While it looks great, it’s awful to use. The laminar flow pattern causes water that hits your hand to splash out quite high at an almost perfect 45° angle. Result: your counters are all wet, very wet. I really wish a better, more usable faucet was installed instead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice, but one big problem I love the style and quality of the Ara faucet. But one design choice causes a problem. The aerator in this model is non-standard and seems to be designed to give the water flow a specific artsy pattern when it flows out. Clever and it looks appealing. The problem is, when you put your hands under the water stream to wash them, the intended design of the water flow causes splash-back and the water goes everywhere outside the sink. Countertop always gets wet. Always. A more standard round aerated water flow coming out of the faucet would have been less artsy, but much more practical.

The one faucet was clogged from the start; my installer spent 2 hours repeatedly spraying compressed air in to get it flowing. While the flow rate is acceptable, it’s not as strong as the other faucet. Also the fancy spray pattern creates a lot of splash when you wash your hands. I wish I’d never bought these.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont let the looks deceive you-its AWFUL I bought multiple Delta Ara products through my contractor/Ferguson. They looks so pretty out of the box, but are HORRIBLE in use. If you like looking at a product that seems like it came from a dirty highway rest stop or a seedy motel with a horrible housekeeper, then pick this. You cannot clean it. the photos i am attaching are AFTER trying to wipe them off. Delta Rep was contacted and said too bad- that's the way its supposed to be!

Every use I have to wipe down my counter as it is covered in water. Do not leave anything close to sink or it will get wet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Brilliance ARA needs an AERATOR!! Faucet outlet sits more than 5” above the counter and when the the sink depth is added to that you have a big splash. The faucet needs an aerator to prevent a constant big splash mess on the counter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Form sacrifices function This faucet's aerator cannot be replaced and the water flows out of this in a flat laminar flow, so when it hits your hand, it ends up bouncing off directly out of the sink. It would be better if the aerator worked to make the flow turbulent so it doesn't bounce off the surfaces. As it is, it makes a mess and I don't recommend this design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what we were looking for I ordered the Delta Ara faucet for a bathroom design project. We chose a semi-recessed sink, so not just any faucet was going to work. This faucet’s design (with the handle on the top) is just what we needed. As far as the style, I love the clean lines of the Ara. It’s not too modern, so it’s perfect for the farmhouse we’re putting it in. The matte black finish is on-trend and hides smudges. Both my clients and myself are very pleased!

Finish

Are these available with the spot sheild technology? If not will they be soon. Are there any other collections like this that come with that? We are building a new home and live the look of these! Putting them in all the bathrooms along with matching showers asessories within the next couple weeks and would live if I could get them with spot sheild finish!

Handle is very loose. I’ve taken off the button closure thing, have a 3/32 Allan wrench, but how exactly should this work? Is there a clip or something to help guide further

Is there any "wiggle room" with the 2-1/4" deck thickness? The sink I want to purchase has a thickness of 2.56"

How do we remove the aerator in the 567LF bathroom sink faucet????

Hello Deb and Karl, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Faucet Model 567LF-MPU faucet. I am happy to help Unfortunately, we do not manufacture a key/tool for removing the aerator of the Delta Ara Lavatory 567LF-MPU faucet. The aerator is not designed to be removed from the spout as any debris large enough to get caught will be trapped by the flow restrictor first. The flow restrictor is inside the valve below the cartridge and can be removed with a pair of needle-nose pliers. How do I remove the aerator so it can be cleaned/replaced?

Hi Homeowner, Thank you for your question. The aerator can be cleaned from the outside with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution, but it is not recommended to remove it. Debris is more likely to get caught in the flow restrictor, which is located under the cartridge. Below is a link to our How-To Video for flushing the faucet. This will show you how to remove the cartridge. Is the pop up lever on the back of the ARA at an angle or straight up & down? I bought the Dryden single handle lav faucet & the pop up lever is at an angle and they are unable to install it because the pop up can't be pulled up due to granite thickness
